I bought some beautiful items on 60% sale. Kept some for myself and others were gifts for first time home owners. Delivery was expensive for NI customers but was quick and efficient.

Had a damaged delivery on Friday 25th September 2026.
I immediately sent a message with photos attached and have still not had a response (other than a holding reply to my message) 5 days later.
This is a £200+ purchase.
I will update this once resolved.

Update
After 7 days I called them.
Phone was answered immediately (by Caroline) who was very apologetic. Offered me a discount on the damaged one or a replacement.
I went for the replacement.
As she promised, I had a lovely email an hour after my call and a replacement (with extra packaging) was delivered the next day (with the original collected at the same time).
The product is very good and I would happily buy from them again.

The products are great. The postage is far too much. Ordered 2 x2 tea towels. Order before was a peg basket. Don’t think I will order from you again. Too expensive postage!

Quality goods . Fast service

Solidly built rose arch was just what I was looking for. Haven't assembled it yet but looks straightforward.
Packaging was terrible - lucky it is such a tough item because cardboard damaged in several places. Delivery was also not good - arrived several days later than originally notified

Despatched efficiently and wrapped well. Pleased with item and its quality despite it being bigger than we thought!

Diabolicle customer service. Ordered 3 items have only received 2. Have tried to find out where the third parcel is but just get the usual GTCL email which says you're very busy. Presumably with complaints.
