The Garden Trellis Company Avis 

I’ve used The Garden Trellis Company for over ten years for many of my garden design projects in London. The quality is excellent and they are efficient and great to deal with, particularly Liam, who looks after the bespoke orders, who goes above and beyond to get the work right for the clients.

Excellent service and great quality - well worth the price!

Dealing with your company was great and your Trellis product is second to none. Giving a free small tin of touch up paint is also a thoughtful idea. However, I spent over £3000 on Trellis and when I asked for an extra free tin of touch up paint because of the size of my order, my request was refused. That’s mean, hence only 4 stars!

Good customer service and smartooking product.

The trellis’s I brought were generally good quality but the frame joints weren’t terrific. I modified a number of them as I had to reduce the size anyway.

Firstly delivery was really quick and the products were mainly very good. I bought regular slated panels and a couple of the skates were damaged which was fine as I was cutting a couple off anyway for the height. Time will tell how treated they are and how long they will last. Would have been 5 star but even spending £500 delivery was expensive

Very good service and so far the quality looks good. Supplied a small pot of paint in case the timber shrinks .

The quality and finish of the bespoke trellis we ordered was excellent and above expectations. The customer service was impressive in that they highlighted an oversight we’d made on our order. The delivery was courteous and helpful using their own transport and staff.

We received excellent advice enabling us to buy exactly what we needed for that moment. We also enjoyed a most interesting tour of the workshop and were impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the quality of their products.

I bought an 1800x900mm WPC trellis painted in 'Gorse Green'. A tin of touch up paint was also provided. A very smart and robust product.

I can’t remember the exact description but we bought the RHS approved contemporary style slatted fence panels. We could have bought them elsewhere for far cheaper (and lesser quality) but were struggling to find anything with the smaller gaps between the slats. I’ve dropped a star due to cost (we only did the one wall for privacy and now my husband wants to do the others, ouch!) and also because there wasn’t any info on production times etc. They look fantastic though now they’re installed and the delivery guy was great. The landscapers also gave their approval as they’ve fitted several and others have not been of the same quality

Vista Screen. It’s a quality product, no doubt about that. The purchase through the website was a bit iffy, as there was no final screen to tell me that everything had gone through, so I was uncertain; the money had gone but had I actually bought anything. I had to check by email.
And the wait time is lengthy as things seem to be made to order. But delivery was straightforward and everything arrived in good order.

From my first interaction to the final delivery my experience with Liam and team was brilliant. And now having the gate door product it is clear that The GTC handle exceptionally high quality products, where I’m certain it makes for a delightful place to work. I would use The GTC again in future and strongly recommend them. Thanks again Liam!!

Failed to deliver on time and failed to deliver in full first time!

Excellent website displaying the range of products with simple process to order online. The RHS Prestige Trellis and posts in Iroko are quality products which have been much admired by visitors. I should add that the delivery driver was most helpful, an excellent ambassador for the company.
