Really impressed with this company. Having placed an order over the weekend, I needed to add to it on Monday morning and got straight through to speak to very helpful colleague and able easily to amend the order. Email for delivery 2 days later then product arrived as promised early the following morning. Highly recommended.

Purchased several lengths of trellis to repair my existing fence. As hoped the product was of an excellent quality, which has enabled me to repair the very old fence. It now looks exceptional.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very professional and quickly dealt with my order making sure that my goods arrived on time and in perfect order. Well Done Garden Trellis Co! I would highly recommend the company to any future customers.

Having seen this company and it's prestige panels and Trellis mentioned on the RHS website I thought that although it was much more expensive than products I could buy locally it would be worth it for the quality of the wood and little extras like colour and careful production. However the first trellis that arrived was damaged at one corner (there was no padding for transportation placed around the corners so I can't blame the delivery company). Fortunately customer services were helpful in arranging a replacement but this has ruined our schedule for the summer garden project and planting. Despite the inconvenience and delay of 2-3 weeks there was no compensation offered. To be fair, I was sent an empty tin(!) as the extra tin of paint I had also ordered was bent and damaged on delivery. I believe that at the price point of the prestige trellis, the company should be ensuring their customers are really happy with the service. The trellis we finally received looks fine but for me definitely not worth the price and hassle.

Good quality product which should mean it will last a long time. I believe in do it once do it well. I the long term this saves time and hopefully saves money.

I'm very happy with the quality of the finished product. The colour is just as expected and the two trellises I ordered look just right now they are in position. Worth the wait.
But a small issue over delivery - parcel left propped up at gate while we were on holiday - no attempt to leave under cover next to our main door which faces away from the road. Luckily, they were not taken!!

A very good quality product and great customer service. However, the Iroko hit and miss trellis comes in dark and light shades which is fine as wood has variations of colour being a natural product. But I think there is a quality control issue, as the wood shades are very different, if you get panels in both light and dark shades so your panels look like a Zebra, surely you can make sure your panels are all a similar shade, especially as you charge a premium price.
