I am an influencer and content creator, and I recently received a collaboration payment from Higgsfield. While attempting to complete my KYC on the Garna platform for this payment, the verification was marked as failed. I am unable to understand the reason for this failure, as no specific explanation was provided.

I would like to highlight that I have successfully received multiple collaboration payments from Higgsfield through PayPal in the past, and I have never faced any KYC-related issues there. This is why the repeated KYC failures on Garna are quite confusing and concerning.
