Brilliant service and extremely pleased with finished result.
Had a few quotes before but salesmen did not give me much confidence. When this company came out it was a seamless process and they really helped and advised.
Was not the cheapest quote but we went for it due to knowledge and help. We were not disappointed. Railings have been added to a small wall and we are delighted with result.

Excellent railings and great service
I ordered some bespoke railings from GRD which were delivered in October 2022. They matched the agreed spec exactly and were of excellent quality. The customer service from initial order definition to final delivery was great, staff always responsive and helpful. Based on my experience, I would rate them very highly.

Well engineered. very happy with results.
Had to request a slightly non-standard sizing due to the position of a wall, but they couldn't have been more helpful. Delivered when stated, sized perfectly and very well engineered and finished. Have now put them in situ and couldn't have wished for better result.

Anthony and the team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. They were meticulous at ensuring the measurements and requirements were spot-on, with the result that the railings not only look amazing but fit like a glove. Ornamental handrail for steps
From first contact to design, manufacture and installation the service was first class. This was a small job of railings and handrail down four steps from a garden room. The final product has exceeded expectations and looks beautiful as well as serving a safety purpose. The time while the product was galvanised and then powder coated was worth waiting for. Very good work from a local business.

Happy with my hand rail
Professional company and very pleased with my hand rail for my garden steps. The quality is excellent and it certainly looks like it’s been made to last a very long time!
Was fitted by 2 friendly and polite men and they have done a great job of fitting it and left everything clean and tidy.
Would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

We decided to go to a local and well established firm of long standing who were able to provide the range of designs and colour of finish that we wanted. The high quality of manufacture and finish was excellent. The fitters were accurate and tidy in their work. Highly recommended.

As someone who does few reviews I was prompted to do this one as the experience of purchasing from GRD has been so positive. Unfortunately I had previously bought a bunker from an Amazon supplier. It was rubbish and not fit for purpose and was returned, whereas the bunker from GRD is of a far superior quality. However, unless you've experienced the rubbish, you really cannot appreciate the quality of a GRD bunker. Promptly delivered, well packed, easy to construct and using appropriate quality material, I will be buying further bunkers from this UK manufacturer

We ordered a replacement gate and new railings. The team were excellent to deal with - any doubt I might have had about ordering an expensive bespoke product remotely were dispelled.
Communication was excellent and delivery happened when scheduled.
The finished goods were amazing. Very, very well made. No word of a lie, they have transformed the look of our house. We're delighted.
