We purchased made to measure Gate and railings, galvanised and powder coated. Professional help from Paul and Anthony made the whole process very easy. Quality and finish are excellent, good value for money would definitely recommend. Thank you guys for a job well done.

Great quality and finished product
After a few emails and a positive responsive attitude, I decided to use Gates Railings Direct, their workmanship and quality was great, a few weeks delay over the initial target date but understandable with various factors taken in especially covid19 ... the MD himself decided to deliver the railings as he knew I was on a tight deadline for installation .. Very pleased with the quality and finish of the railing and handrail .. a job that will last many years so thank you and definitely would recommend

Perfect railings and customer service
From the start of the ordering process this has been a breeze, when i spoke to Joy in sales to ask a couple of questions she was understanding and very helpful with her answers and knowledge, aleviating any further questions i might have. After a few weeks and following a call from Joy to arrange delivery, the railings arrived early next day and i was able to install them before midday same day, they look awesome and finish off the wall we had built especially, job done. Would i recommend them; within a heart beat. Railings were precisely made and look fantastic, with superb customer service, just what everyone looks for.

Super stylish handrail.
Needed a good handrail from garden up steps to patio area ; where my wife had a trip and fall as nothing to hold on to , found this supplier had style that I required. Supplied length required and they have produced a very stylish rail with scrolling to both ends super job .

Dealing with the company was first class. Staff very friendly and helpful. Product of a good quality. Unfortunately it was not made to the drawings and alterations had to be made when fitted. This increased the labour costs for the fitting.

It is regrettable that there was a minor issue regarding the sizing for which we are very sorry. This was most unusual as we are very scrupulous with dimensions. If required, we would gladly have made a new section or a modification of the existing piece at no cost to yourself of course. We were however, pleased to hear that your builder was happy to make the necessary adjustments to ensure the perfect end fit.

I was really pleased with the service and with the product. The railings are high quality and arrived beautifully packed and protected. The delivery driver was very helpful despite having to park the van a long way down the street.
