We have used Inxpress for 2 years now and I have been very impressed.

We send frozen products which will thaw if there are ever any major delays. This is rarely the case with InXpress.

With most couriers, they do not chase up parcels when they are delayed (and they normally don't even notify you). We have always been informed of any delays and they do their utmost to fulfill them in time (most of the time this is very successful).

Stuart, Chloe, Terrie, Jo and the rest of the team have been a pleasure to work with.
