We have used the InXpress Cambridge team for a number of years since, from memory, becoming Chloe Vant's first customer.. In our experience, many of the couriers are all much of a muchness, HOWEVER Chloe along with Stuart & Terrie Vant and the rest of the team add a whole extra layer of service and expertise. They do the chasing, they deal with issues and they know when there is a problem before we do. First class customer service, and genuinely nice people to deal with..

Predominantly we are in contact with Alex and Dean, who are both reliable and will always respond quickly, with a solution to the problem.
I would highly recommend this franchise of Inexpess, as they are a great help. Always very informative and pass all details on to the drivers.
