We have used InXpress Cambridge for around 5/6 years now, they are simply fantastic! Not only do they save us money and time, they have great customer service.
We ship parcels daily across the UK and worldwide, they allow us to do what we do best whilst dealing with any problems.

Highly recommend Dave and team and Inxpress Cambridge. The team at Cambridge set the bar high from day one, we need support at very short notice they came through. InXpress Birmingham South offer an outstanding service representing a number of UK & International carriers. For the 2 years I have traded with them I have had no real issues,what little situations we have had are just a few later than expected deliveries. We have had no loses. InXpress are very professional and caring to their customers in resolving any situations.

We have had an account set up since the middle of last year and i cannot thank the team at inxpress derby enough for all there help! always very quick and efficient when i need updates regarding my shipments. the team are very kind, well-spoken and work in a professional manor. always happy to help when needed. they even collected some parcels from me themselves to ensure they got to the depot in time as they were urgent. can’t thank Natalie, tom and Paula enough for all there help since we have been using inxpress derby.

The team at Addlestone Branch offer and give excellent customer service to our business, something many companies now fail. Nothing is too much trouble.
They called me for business just at the right time 6 months ago, I gave them a challenging International job, and have earned all my UK courier requirements without any hitches.

Regularly use the Chorley branch, friendly people, quick quotes easy to order over the phone, efficient service, what more do you need!

Reading some of the other reviews it is clear that I'm not the only one to be OVERCHARGED on my invoices. They quote competitive rates, but almost always invoice at 10 -15% more than their quote?? I've already reclaimed 100's of ££ in overcharges. CHECK your INVOICES!

I have been overcharged several times by inxpress. basically a 0.38kg package was charged as a 38kg package. There is no simple claim procedure and i have lost over £200 pounds with overcharges. There is a definite flaw in the system they use and no real effort to correct it. I have been a customer for over 5 years and it kills me when it happen's. Pat Druce Us Historic Newspapers

Worst company I have dealt with, driver was rude and late for collection every day . I was told nothing they could do about it .

I've used this company for several years and they are exceptionally good and fairly priced.

I had a problem with an immediate heavy shipment I needed to send out and Sue one of their amazing staff sorted it out for me very quickly.

Their service keeps getting better in my view.
