Please do not get involved with this company. We were contacted by a nice chap called Lee Finon from Manchester office. Offered us a great deal and all went well for a few weeks. Then we had a hitch where they literally lost a few day’s worth of parcels costing us around £1500. This is where these guys showed their true colours. No contact, no support, no help whatsoever. The only contact was from their accounts team asking for payment for the parcels they’ve lost !! The so called managers are surprisingly always on calls when I ring the office and a week later nobody has had the decency to contact me. Please do not risk your business reputation by using these.

Easy to use booking system. InXpress are always quick to respond and very helpful with any question or problems we need help with. Above and beyond what you will see with companies offering similar services.

As a manfufacturer who sells online, we are indundated with phone calls re shipping services, and finally with Inexpress we have someone who can talk the talk and walk the walk. Stephen from the North Surrey office ran through some sample prices based on shipping and we were running a minimum of £20 per shipment to USA and around £10 to Europe, he has provided excellent customer service and after only a few shipments im finding the inexpress platform seamless to use.

My company has used InXpress for all of its national and international shipping for several years and their service has been faultless. They are always on hand to help and they have taken all of the frustration out of what used to be an agonising process. They have saved me a great deal of time and money. I recommend InXpress unreservedly.

We have recently used Adam and the Team at InXpress Liverpool for moving some parcels down to our Southern Office. The process was so simple and straightforward and very competitive pricing compared to our couriers we have used before! 5 star review for sure!

InXpress sold themselves to our company and highlighted their "world class personal service", which is also stated front page of their website.
One of our agents made a booking via their portal for goods to ship to the USA DDP terms. Goods were collected 15 July 2022 and returned 8 August 2022 (no explanation given). We called InXpress to find out why goods were returned and we were informed "It appears the goods were never cleared through customs in the USA". The InXpress agent had no idea what had happened until we pushed and only then did we find the 3rd party (DHL) allegedly hadn't received a response from the cosignee (at no time were we informed so we could resolve it). So, we didn't receive that "world class personal service" they had promised, we just received a bill with a copy of their T&C's where the following were highlighted:
"The Business understands that any service failure, late freight or damage is handled by the carrier in accordance with that carrier's T&C's". InXpress are therefore saying, if there's a problem, you deal with the carrier (DHL, UPS etc). Not sure that is world class, personal service they offered. Anyway, they got paid, but won't be used again (they offer no value at all). For reference, this issue related to InXpress invoice 17830574WH31

InXpress Service is the best i have received in 33 years of Business. The North Surrey Franchise I have been dealing with directly are a refreshing professional outfit that allows your Business to flourish during these challenging times.
The customer service they provide is at the highest level.
They aim and succeed to answer your calls within 3 rings .
Each member of staff will treat you with personable skills and always look for solutions .
I am a small Business yet am treated as if i was a Big Multi million pound account.
I've never received this level of support ever before. I almost feel embarrassed that I am not a big player yet they give me so much time and respect.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service i have received and would recommend New Business or Businesses that are looking for change because of current spiralling costs and service levels to contact InXpress .
They will provide the very Best delivery solutions and support at the most competitive of prices.
I'm yet to find a cheaper solution to my business needs ( even if it was only about price) . Yet they offer so much more.

We started using InXpress - Swindon Office to import goods from the EU after being let down by another company. The service provided by James and Bethany has been exceptional. After a few months, we started using InXpress - Swindon Office for all our UK and Northern Ireland deliveries. We have received an excellent service for nearly a year now. Nothing is too much for the staff at the Swindon office. Would recommend the Swindon office 100%, give them a try :-)

Moved from DPD due to various & too many let downs (failed collections & out of hours etc)
Sam and her North Surrey team have totalled exceeded my expectations on every level & always more than helpful & even put with my Dad jokes!!!

The customer service team is great (Swindon Branch), they come back on queries and phone calls very quick. they are also great when it comes to any help with any shipments!

We moved over initially because we had been let down & messed around by Fedex on too many occasions. It was affecting our customers. And thought we would try a new company. Not only are they cheaper, but you get through to their call centre straight away. Who deal with anything you require straight away. I can't thank the staff at Inxpress North Surrey enough. It has been an absolute pleasure working with them. And we look forward to continuing working with them into the future. Stephen Hingley calls every so often to check in with us.
