Gourmet Burger Kitchen Avis 

My app got one FREE burger, and when I ordered it, the app did not deduct the FREE burger for me, I contacted Customer Service, and they said would refund £11 to me, BUT over 2 weeks also no received the refund, I keep contact them, but still no reply, no update, rubbish.

What an awful idea. Never buying anything from you again, reported as scam

GBK have just sent me an email headed with a fake order number and then when you open it up it's apparently a joke to attract your attention. So making someone think their account has been compromised and an unauthorised order placed is a joke. Its not funny and also has the effect of making people potentially ignore emails that are important and do show that their account has been genuinely compromised. I've unsubscribed from GBK making list, which I guess is not what their marketing people wanted to achieve!

Have visited Central London branch ,
Very disappointed, The Man who took orders from everyone was acting (sadly forced) as a Waiter, taking orders, serving, preparing the bills, clearing the tables, for one person to much so everything was delayed.
Food was not a wowww factor
OK and over priced.Will never visited again disappointed.

Coke £21 only one person's bill can you imagine that if you are going to have a just Burger meal as a family of four ?

GBK has lost it's old magic sadly.
Over priced, smaller portions, not as fresh, slower service.

Blue water branch.
No table service, had to order at the bar as was told it would be quicker ( it wasn’t! ) Luke warm honey chicken side dish, asked for medium rare burger with American cheese and bacon- burger was rare at best and the bacon consisted of two strips of undercooked fat !
What a shame as the onion rings were great and the garlic mayonnaise was delicious !
I write this five hours later and I have quite bad stomach ache ( unusual for me) I left the “bacon” but ate most of the burger as I was really hungry- really wish I had just walked out!
My wife said her chicken burger was OKAY !
£45 for poor service and bad food in this day and age ? Gourmet ? Perhaps they should check the definition of the word and rename the company - will not return - you have been warned !!!

Went to the Guildford branch recently, the bloke at the front of the house was spot on, friendly, good at making conversation and the food and drink was bang on too. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because of the waiting around time and it wasn’t that busy either. The food service area was full of plates waiting to be taken to the tables, admittedly it isn’t that big an area but it was full. Everything else was parfait.

We went to GBK Westfields Stratford for lunch prior to going to ABBA Voyage on a trip to London. Half way through the show my Wife came down with chronic food poisoning and we had to leave. She spent the rest of what should have been a fantastic day vomiting into a bag. A whole day and £300 odd down the pipes because of their dodgy food hygiene. Absolutely appalling, avoid if you value your health.

Went to the Steeet branch, staff are all good. But a thin slice of tomato and a withered lettuce leaf does not a gourmet burger make.!!

Dont waste your money. Was recommended GBK Westfield stratford so it was unfortunate that food was abismal possible worst I've ever had. Had a chicken burger, rings and chips. More grease than KFC meat tasted like reheated chicken and the thin fries were insipid and like chewing cardboard. The onion rings were half cooked at best. Better of having a Burger king or McDonalds and much cheaper and quality. Gourmet it is not.

Absolutely terrible & ordered on über eats driver cancelled twice food was freezing cold! Could not eat it will never ever order again

Restaurant rang to say Uber driver was refusing to collect my order. I went to Bluewater to collect it. The manager Phil politely told me what had occurred with the Uber driver and cooked my order again to ensure I had hot food. Manager Phil went above and beyond to rescue my Uber nightmare. Great customer service and good from the Bluewater Restaurant

Went to GBK at the Trafford Centre, Not been since covid ? & it was Superb ! The staff & Restaurant we're lovely & the Food was amazing !, not the cheapest but better than 5-Guys & similar priced
