GDF Studio Avis 

Purchased Hatteras Outdoor Gray Wicker Sofa, White Water Resistant Fabric 5-Piece Set from GDFStudio using the Houzz.com platform at a cost of 760.94 plus assembly cost on 1/16/18. Furniture was assembled and placed outdoors 3/18. All 5 pieces are rusting from underneath so it was not evident at first. After contacting Houzz and GDFStudio they are replacing one of the pieces and eventually agreed to a partial refund of $200. There is no reason to believe the replacement piece will not rust as well. The rust is occurring in the joints and anywhere there are staples or nuts, bolts, screws. The pattern of the rust reflects the location of the rusting pieces so you can tell where they are without flipping the furniture over. The wicker and cushions are rust stained and I have been unable to clean it. I fully anticipate the furniture to continue to deteriorate to the point of being useless besides ugly. It is clearly defective. Since filing the complaint the item has been removed from the website. It went from 'hurry only 8 left' to 'sold out' in a day. All I hear from them is '30 day warranty'. Beware.

I always have a great experience with GDF and the prices are so reasonable.

Love these night stands. Comes full assembled. Study, well made. Beautiful. Very heavy. Drawers glide easily.

Great product, shipped ahead of schedule and arrived in great condition. We ordered four of the two person cabana hammocks with a canopy like those you’d see at a resort. They came with base stain on them so we applied a two part Cabot’s stain (mahogany) and they are beautiful!

I was really disappointed in the product, it really looks cheap for $45.

fast shipment, easy assembly, even had extra screws which I always appreciate, and I love the chair.

We received our umbrella base in a timely manner and the quality looks fabulous!

My experience with GDF Studio was great! We love our new outdoor lounge furniture; it was even better than we expected and the price was amazing for the quality. Customer service was helpful when needed and our purchase arrived within a few days.

Great quality chairs, and Great service. They look fabulous around our fire pit!

Delivered as expected but the box seal/ tapes were torn maybe during delivery. The items may come out if box is not carried well. I don’t know if any is damaged inside but I hear the parts inside the box are moving to the loose open corner. Hopefully nothing broke, scratched or crashed. Maybe stamp the box “fragile , handle with care” . It’s a big box heavy and I dont know if they dragged it on the floor/ pavement that destroyed the tapes and opened the sealed corner of the box. Overall, I got it and delivered inside my gate. I’m just glad.

I purchased a farmhouse table which came damaged. I called immediately and was told it was out of stock and to call back. I called back several times and continue to be told it’s out of stock and they can’t do anything about it. No effort at all to rectify the situation. So now I have an expensive table I can’t use and it would cost a fortune to ship it back. Not very happy with the customer service. They are pleasant when you call but don’t have any answers for me.

The desk was excellent looking gorgeous as I expected.

This is a nice chair for the money almost. But you’re getting what you pay for. Lacking a little in sturdy construction and some of the finishing. Doesn’t have clean lines as some of the piping of fabric isn’t straight. Also take note that when extended out your feet won’t be resting on anything, just hanging over and pretty uncomfortable. I’m 5’9” and this is an issue, if you’re any bigger it’s going to be very very uncomfortable

My patio furniture order was placed before noon (EST ) on a Monday & shipped Tues @ 3:30 am EST. it arrived from California to central Ohio in 2 1/2 days and the chairs were delivered Friday!!!! . FedEx misplaced the table so it arrived days later.
Extremely happy with gdf!!! FedEx needs to improve their tracking system!

I was very pleased with the service provided by your company. The chairs are fabulous. Putting them together would go smoother if there were better instructions. I called customer service twice, and spoke with 2 different agents who were having as difficult a time as me understanding some of the drawings in the instructions.

Beautiful rocking chair, great quality and the easiest assembly, the only reason I give it a 4 start is because I never found the screws to secure the botton of it, but even without them is great!
