Geek Cabin Ltd Avis 

Had a PS4 i'd moved around the house when it suddenly stopped displaying anything. Steve collected from my house, and within 2/3 days had it back in working condition and back to battle.

Cannot fault Steve and all his knowledge, will definitely be using whenever my tech dies!

I was tired and in a bad mood when I couldn't get my phone to switch on. The more I tried the more annoyed I got till I threw it on the patio, hard, and really smashed it up.

Obviously I regreted it almost instantly. So many passwords were stored in it, so many emails and texts I needed. Loads of photos I should have saved to the cloud but hadn't.

I'd written it off and would never have thought it repairable. Luckily I know Steve at the Geek Cabin and happened to mention it to him. He said he was pretty sure he could fix it. I didn't think it was possible.

I couldn’t believe it when today he handed it back to me in full working order with all my data - messages, numbers, books, music, photos and so much more all intact.

I'm so happy and very impressed. I'd recommend the Geek Cabin to anyone. Even if it seems unrepairable!

It looked like the BluRay drive on my PS4 had gone. I took it to a local shop for a fix. After 2 weeks of blaming Covid for non arrival of parts then trying to B*** S**** me not realising that I've got a good grasp of basic techie stuff. I eventually lost patience and reclaimed my console. I found Geek Cabin through Google. And the experience couldn't have been more different. 4 days and I have it back working perfectly, not the Blu Ray drive at all but a faulty resistor. Wonderful service. Well done Steve. Highly recommended.

If i could give more stars I would.. excellent service! I have used for 2 different items now and service has been excellent for both times.. i feel very comfortable using this company they keep you up to date with what's happening and the pick up and drop made it soo much easier for me (don't drive) thank you once again..

This is my second review for Geek Cabin as I had problems with my PX700 printer and my Tab3 tablet. Steve fixed the printer in the house and took the Tablet away for a more in depth investigation. While he was here I asked if he could look at what was a very expensive digital camera which had a dud memory battery he said he would and took it with him delighted that I have managed to keep in touch since he left Oswestry have every faith in his ability to repair electronics without charging like a Rhino.

Had a battery replaced and something else was wrong but only charged what was quoted and kept me updated really happy with service would recomend them and they collected it and returned it which is a big help

Picked up 11am was back by 4pm, Reinstalled OS after HardDrive failing, upgraded the SSD and formatted the old one so i could use for external HD.
Would 100% use again, very reliable and during COVID aswel came with mask and clean box to keep to social distencing.

Steve is very quick to collect, fix and return our laptop, He updated us regularly on progress as he had to wait for a part to be sent to him, and made some suggestions of additional repairs to improve the laptop, but did not pressurise us to accept or pay for these at all. The repair was well carried out and he even replaced some loose screws and similar that weren't connected to the repair at no extra cost. He has found a way to collect and deliver items that maintains social distancing, which is excellent. We'd definitely use Geek Cabin again. It's good to support a small local business too.

Absolutely chuffed with Steve at ‘Geek Cabin’ I have known Steve for many years, but never needed his services until now. Blown away with the promptness of the service. He picked up the item ‘Macbook’ the same day (within 2 hours I think) and kept me updated as soon as was needed along the way. What I really liked was his e-mail system that provided updates as well as context about what was being done. It was a really slick system and much appreciated. He sent me photos, gave me different options and was very transparent around cost and what was required. The prices offered were excellent and he made my MacBook look brilliant as well as work again. Once done, he dropped off same day. I loved the payment system and how easy it was to pay. I cannot fault anything and can’t thank him enough. Thanks for a brilliant service and end result fella!
