Our PC Retail shop & Repair Workshop is based in Wrexham, North Wales. We provide advanced level repairs to PCs, Apple Macs, mobile phone and tablets, games consoles, as well as various other electrical items & power tool servicing. We offer free phone charge port cleaning, and free advice in store. Well stocked PC hardware store too, most parts you may need are kept in stock. From the time I spoke to Steve at Geek Cabin I felt that I was being helped and advised on the right way to proceed and that he was looking for the best solution for me. Also their ability to update you on the progress of repair/update was fantastic and the turnaround time less than 24 hours was brilliant. Thank you Steve, you rescued my MacBook Pro from being cast into the gloom of the loft!

Iphone 6 Fixed
The service provided was effective, friendly and efficient. It took slightly longer than initially thought but my phone is working again so a good job done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service.

Pioneer XDJ-R1 DJ controller faults
Took my Pioneer XDJ-R1 DJ controller in to get fades that we’re cracking and cutting the bass out intermittently and some less out on the buttons. Great service with regular email updates to show progress including pictures and videos of what was found and done. Great value for money also highly recommended

So impressed with the efficiency, service, and advice received.
Geek Cabin picked up my laptop at the end of the business day and it was returned by 9am the day I requested allowing me to carry on working as normal. Exceptional service and highly recommended.
My 2-year-old HP laptop is now running so much better with an SSD instead of hard-drive.

Steve worked out problems with emails…
Steve worked out problems with emails and had new website outlined within the week. Business was not receiving any enquires and this caused problems. Once Steve rewired broadband connections worked immediately and he also configured mobiles and tablets and within one hour we had a firm enquiry.
Highly recommend Geek Cabin for all your computer needs.

Amazing service from Steve at the Geek Cabin Ltd today, as I couldn't make it to him due to having a child off school sick, Steve was very understanding and offered to come to my home to replace an iPhone battery, the iPhone is running like a dream now and I couldn't have asked for anymore.
Very professional service and I would recommend to anyone for their computer, phone, and DJ equipment repair needs.
5 stars all around.

Outstanding service
Outstanding service. My tablet was collected from my house and returned a few days later. In the intervening time I received a succession of emails detailing the progress of the repair. The charge made was fair and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
