I was recommended when I saw beautiful gold with little diamond nameplate on a friend. She said it was easy. And it was! Ordered mine. It took a week and company didn’t approve of their own work. So they asked for more time. Soon after delivered. In just 2 weeks and beautiful work.

Still no ring
I ordered a ring for my daughter almost 3 weeks ago. I got an email acknowledging the order. Then an email saying it wasn’t made right and they were re making it. Then nothing, no updates, no shipping confirmation. I emailed them but have not heard back.

Misleading Shipping Time
I paid for FedEx Expedited 2 to 3 day shipping just to find out 2 days later it's being shipped internationally and FedEx hasn't even received the package yet. I spent all this money just for my girlfriend's birthday to be ruined. This is awful.
