Ich gebe es ein Stern es leckt nur rum die Gegner sind zu stark das spiel ist generell schlecht weil man einfach das spiel ganz leicht machen können hätte weil so es auf normal viel zu schwer ist ich deinstalliere es eh weil kein bock mehr drauf und so ich frage mich warum man so ein spiel raus bringt wenn eh alles zu schwer oder ob ist

I’ve been playing this game for quite a while now, and it’s honestly really frustrating how little the devs seem to care about their player base.

The resin system is horrible. You only get 200 resin a day, with no consistent source of Fragile Resin, making it incredibly difficult to properly upgrade your roster. On top of that, you have daily rotating domains. So, if there’s a character you want to upgrade, you may have to wait until the specific day their required materials are available. Why is this still a thing?! It feels like an unnecessary restriction that only serves to slow down progression.

And don’t even get me started on the absolute joke that is the amount of Primogems we get per patch. You don’t even get enough to guarantee a 5-star character without having to save for multiple patches.

That being said, the game definitely has its good qualities, and there are plenty of things I enjoy about it. However, I feel like the bad aspects I mentioned outweigh the positives by a significant amount and ultimately make the overall gameplay experience much worse than it needs to be.

The game has a lot of potential, but these systems make it feel unnecessarily restrictive and frustrating for players who just want to enjoy building their characters

Every new update on regions to explore etc left me less and less enthusiastic about checking them out, especially when paired with some stupid mini event where the whole point was to play mini games that I don't want to play and have no interest in(Making tiktoks? For real? Walk your character from point A to point B to complete the "challenge"?).

My main enjoyment came from rambling through older, much more expansive areas because I enjoy simply appreciating the gorgeous details of the world around me and finding secret chests that I guess the devs forgot even existed since the treasure compasses missed them. The most recent update of a region so small yet so empty of engagement while causing older regions to completely glitch out scenery-wise, I can no longer ignore that this game has become truly boring and so out of touch with its player base to the point that even an outlier like myself, happy to wander aimlessly around between updates, has had enough and uninstalled it to look elsewhere for something to engage my time with.

Don't get me started on the important lore drops that only happened in limited time events. So newer players like myself would never learn organically in game extremely important info because it's locked in a past event that will never happen for newer players. Instead the characters would suddenly make an offhanded comment about something that, if you weren't there when the event came out, you would never learn in game. It's part of why I lost investment in uncovering the truths of teyvat and would rather not engage with new content.

I’ve played this game for a long time as a F2P/low spender, and lately each patch feels increasingly unfriendly toward longtime players.

The biggest issue isn’t wanting every character for free — it’s that the game now feels heavily designed around mandatory pulls, specific supports, signature gear, and tightly restricted team compositions just to make characters feel complete.

Rewards and currency income no longer feel proportional to the growing cost of keeping up with the meta. Older characters also feel outdated much faster than before, which makes years of investment feel less meaningful.

What made this game enjoyable originally was creativity, flexibility, and being able to slowly build your account over time. Recently it feels more like players are pressured into pulling constantly to avoid falling behind.

I still care about the game and want it to improve, but the current direction is damaging player trust and making the experience feel more exhausting than exciting.

Greedy company!!! Low rewards awful events super expensive!!!! Don’t play genshin

No rewards from events or in general unless you'll pay a real money, devs aren't listening players feedback, they're stingy asf (and it's the shortest and the lightest way to put it), they'll more quickly silent you rather then try to do something with it and they're stingy asf, if you consider playing Genshin impact, don't, waste of time, happyness and guarenteen of ruined mood

Gebe leider nur 2 Sterne, weil das große Problem, was das Spiel hat, ist zu viele anmelde, versuche bitte laden Sie die Seite neu und versuchen sie es später noch mal und es kommt, auch wenn man sich im Spiel einloggen möchte was soll, das genau sowas macht es kaputt, wenn man sich nicht einloggen kann und es sind nicht nur ein bar die das Problem haben, sondern eine Menge und da sollten die mal dran arbeiten, weil es auch schon über Monate und Jahre so geht sonst Hammer spiel aber das sollten, die endlich mal im Griff bekommen und dran arbeiten

Theyre a stingy game… only 60 wish for like each patch. Thats wack. Not even enough to pull a 5 star character. Don’t even get me started the prices. $99.99 rounded up to $103 for 52 pulls. What is that going to do? On WuWa i literally have every single 5 star character. This game is definitely just pay to play. Forces you to watch long boring stories for 60 primos. You guys have to be serious. Then you guys put main DPS with there support on the same banner. This is getting ridiculous, i hope you all understand how scammy & GREEDY this company is for your money. They never ever listen to us. Like don’t you realize if you listen to us PEOPLE WOULD ACTUALLY PLAY YOUR GAME.

My friend reported me for laughing in game using LMFAO which was censored, but he did it as a joke, and I was muted for a week. (I did not want him to do it)

I showed screenshots, told support to actually look into it, and explained the situation thoroughly. They pretended they looked into it and blew me off saying it was deserved.

I’ve been trying to recover my Genshin Impact account for weeks, and I’m honestly very frustrated with the lack of progress.

I stopped playing for about a year and a half because my computer was broken. Recently, I finally fixed it and spent hours downloading and installing the game again — only to find that I couldn’t log into my account. When I tried to reset my password, I discovered that an unknown email address had been linked to it.

I contacted support three times and waited more than 15 days, but my account still hasn’t been recovered. I’ve provided everything requested — purchase receipts from the in-game store, my UID, device information, dates, and other verification details. The only thing I’m unsure about is the exact date of my last login or purchase, although I’ve shared the approximate dates.

Despite all this, I still haven’t received real help or a resolution. I’m even willing to join a Google Meet call to prove that this account truly belongs to me.

I really hope someone can review this personally and help me recover my account. I’ve spent time, money, and years of progress on it, and I just want to have it back.

However, I believe it's important to highlight a persistent concern: the disproportionate gender balance in character releases. The overwhelming number of female characters compared to male characters may inadvertently alienate a portion of the player base who prefer balanced representation or resonate more with male characters.
While I understand artistic choices and audience preferences play a role, it would be refreshing and inclusive to see greater variety in upcoming releases—especially when the lore presents opportunities for compelling male figures. Representation matters, and diverse character development enhances both narrative depth and player engagement.
I hope this feedback is considered with the intent it’s given: to help evolve an already extraordinary game into one that feels more balanced and welcoming for everyone.

Das Game ist nur noch öde und langweilig. Es besteht nur aus Wiederholungen. Zudem werden Fehlermeldungen oft ignoriert.

I've played this for years, having discovered wuthering waves, I realise that genshin is becoming very boring. Unlike WW that has a skip button, if you don't want to read the long-winded story you can't complete the event. I play for exploration, chest finding and puzzles, but far too easy now. I'd give it 4 out of my original 10 these days. So disappointed.
