I hate Genshin Impact I spent 160 pulls and I didn’t get the weapon that I wanted to get. This game is full of gambling. It encourages you to gamble. Don’t let your kids play this game otherwise, they may have gambling addictions and issues when they were adults.

I really like the concept of the game. It never gets boring exploring all the landscapes, doing your quests, grinding for the best character and improving your fight skills!
Sadly Genshin Impact isn’t available on a MacBook or simply a Mac. I’d love to play on there. In the past I played on my phone which also doesn’t work anymore because Genshin takes up to much storage.
May Genshin Impact could be made compatible with MacBooks? The old ones and the new ones with Silicon layers?

Ich versuche seid Mitte 2021 mein Account zurück zu bekommen. Dieses Formular ist komplett schlecht gemacht, die Fragen mich Sachen die ich 2020 erstellt habe. Am liebsten würd ich 0 Sterne geben.

Been emailing multiple times for unlinking my PSN account and no response (you’re supposed to get a response to fill out a form). I sent it multiple times and did it from multiple accounts. No response. I highly doubt they would help me.

Top. Zocke das seit zwei Jahren durchgehend. Von dem Live Service Konzept können Anthem, Fallout und co sich eine Scheibe abschneiden. Oder 10 Scheiben. Oder gleich die ganze Wurst klauen. SO wird das gemacht. Top!

Terrible cs, slow response

they're terrible. don't care about their players, at all. it's all about the money. everyone's time and energy spent all go to waste as soon as a hacker steps in, literally trashing their account and selling it to others. it's upsetting. why can't mhy at least freeze the accounts under the suspicion of getting hacked??

And also- reply back faster. Do not wait a WHOLE MONTH just to tell us that we got rejected. some people have waited years, and they give you sufficient evidence, but you just straight up reject?? it's horrible.

Game is absolutely amazing. The customer service has been really helpful, I didn’t have to wait relatively long for their reply and they were just general a help which not a lot of companies customer service has. As for the game the game is extremely fun, theres endless content to explore and the game adjust to you in a way and what you want to do. The game pretty much has some sort of content for everyone. Not to mention the graphics are absolutely amazing and the movements care smooth.

Customer Service ignores players, delays in responding to emails, and handles other people's requests. I was unable to recover my lost account even though I provided all the information and receipts they requested. It took me over a month to get a negative response from them, what a wasted wait! Customer Service is not enthusiastic and their work attitude is terrible, why is the original owner's rights denied?

This is a wonderful game where you can explore without limitations.
By doing missions you easily accumulate gems to get new characters (the characters are also very cute).
In addition, new updates come out every month, with various news and new banners.
The only problem is that sometimes, in certain missions, you don't understand what to do or you have to search everywhere to find the requested object / place.
The site contains a lot of material, information on cities around the world, manga, characters, and a page to redeem codes.
However, it remains a beautiful game, and when the monsters are too powerful you can always ask for help, from level 16, with the co-op.
So I rate 5-star.

Too bad they're greedy, it would be a nice game.

This is such a fun game, I waste almost half my day on this game. I love the way all the characters look, but if you add some more dark-skinned characters, it will make it fit for more people, and might get the attention of many more people! Overall a fun and enjoyable game.

Ich versuche schon seit über einem Monat meinen gahackten Account zurück zu bekommen für den ich 1000€+ ausgegeben hab. Leider ist der Support unfähig und kann einem nur ein Formular schicken, bei dem man 2-3 Wochen warten muss bis man die Antwort bekommt das die Daten nicht reichen obwohl man extrem viele Beweise wie Screenshots und Nachweise von Transaktionen hat das es der eigene Account ist.

mohojo ist so ekelhaft mit den artifacten . es ist schon selten ein gutes artifact zu kriegen und dann macen die beim dingsen kurwa stats trauf wo nur darauf gelevelt wird so eine dreckige

Mihoyo, I really love this game but I have one complaint. Why are 99% of all the characters white or pale af? Can you please add more black and dark skinned characters, it really feels unnatural that almost all characters are white/pale and almost non are dark skinned. I really dont understand why this is so hard to do, especially considering that Tyvat is so gigantic.
Please fix this, it would make the game way more realistic and enjoyable
