They are committing fraud, do not buy anything from this company. The item will either be damaged, incorrectly sized or terrible at quality.

They refuse to cover return shipments for damaged items despite it being in their terms and conditions on their website.

They caveat the returns process with any number of scenarios which would result in no refund being given eg. If it gets stopped at customs, if it gets delivered to the wrong place, if the value is declared incorrectly. None of these are in the consumer's control.

My next step will be reporting them to the authorities.

Dishonest fraudulent company. Ordered my dad a men's jumper for 40 pounds as looked great and website looked legit. Immediately after ordering I googled the trust pilot reviews which I should of done in the first place. I then emailed wishing to cancel order amd get refunded. My email was ignored for 12 hours then I got a reply to say I missed the 5min time frame I was allowed to cancel the order😂. I had to do a charge back through my bank as needless to say after a month the jumper still didn't arrive.

Scam scam scam I have ordered wool coat… 3 weeks waiting for delivery, once arrived it looks like it is for 11 years boy, however I have ordered size M. It has got nothing to do with coats on picture! Avoid! I will try to get my money back but it’s going to be a long battle

Ordered a jacket, didn’t realise it was coming from China so it took about 3 weeks. On delivery I immediately emailed the company as the jacket was a men’s xl but didn’t even fit my size 8 daughter, the quality was lacking and there’s no way it was waterproof.
Customer service are a joke, they kept saying send it back at my own expense but if it gets lost in transit or gets seized by customs it’s on me and I don’t get a refund. Explained it’s a faulty item but they weren’t interested, they kept sending me the same scripted email over & over.
In the end I complained to my credit card company and they gave a refund saying they’ll take it up with the company.
Absolutely shocking service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Bought a pair of mule slippers. They are cheap pvc and nasty. Too small and not size 10. Made and shipped from china. Avoid like the plague. Absolute rip off and rubbish

Well, that was an experience, ordered cashmere jumper received polyester shirt. This company is not worth dealing with.

A scam. Do not buy from this company. You going to regret it. Ordered nearly a month ago (3 weeks gone) and almost a month part delivery and far inferior not as described and defective. Never return your money. Customer service will play cat and mouse on emails.

Forget all other reviews, I very rarely leave them. They are not gents of Britain they are gents of china as that is where all products come from pretending to be good quality British clothing. Far from the truth cheap and nasty material which is fine if you’re not charging top end prices. It’s comparable to Temu if not worse. Then when it comes to returning they will do everything in their power to make it as difficult as possible. You also have to pay for the shipping to china. Avoid at all costs and do not be tempted. Terrible company

Do not order from this company, be warned. Chinese tat masquerading as European company. Products are nothing like photo, terrible quality [so bad it's almost laughable] and you cannot return (postage to China, Chinese import rules, acceptance; it just won't happen and you'll have wasted even more money). You won't get any correspondence from the listed email address.

Truly awful experience... Company operates from China, not the UK as the website leads you to believe...

Shipping took 3 weeks or 15 business days, not 5-8 business days as the website suggests.

The jacket is of quality you'd expect from a china sweatshop... Hardly the perception the website portrays nor the value of what items are being sold for either.

The jacket would be usable, but the sizing is miles out especially in the arms, its like a short sleeved jacket...

Utter waste of money, seemingly any kind of returns process is just not viable if it's going back to China. Offering a 30 day returns in reality is just another fraudulent claim.

Awful company, ordered a coat, took ages to arrive when it did it was completely the wrong colour! I emailed them and the response I got was “how annoying” then when I asked for a refund they said I had to send it back at my own cost to China! In the end had to settle for a 15% refund and keep the coat which is rubbish quality and in my correspondence with them one email they couldn’t even get my name right!

It is a scam.their qualilty is terrible.
They take over a month to deliver and you get the package in a bag that look like something you buy local or cheap .
£76 for a coat and quality is not worth £10
Return method is worse.
I have been messaging them to send me a return slip but they keep making statements rather than sending a return slip.
Their 2XL is literally small size.
I wanted my item as gift for someone and i got the package after his birthday went ..it took me 30 days to deliver
Now they are charging for return shipping that is a joke or something

I would rate Gents of Britain at zero if I could. Website looked genuine so I ordered 2 size 13 Salisbury men’s leather boots. No real shipping information given. What I did eventually received was 2 size 12 plastic shoes nothing like the quality I was expecting. Can’t even wear them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I am so incredibly angry with myself for being so stupidly naive to order from this company. I did not do my research and went ahead ordered a “suede jacket”. Complete false advertising of product on their website. The suede jacket if polyester and made in the most cheapest form. Customer service representative fake kindness and to literally trap you to accept a miserly 5% to 15% refund on the purchase price. They are still pocketing the profit from your purchase. I agree with all the other reviews, the company is a big scam / fraud. Hope this company will come to scrutiny by officials.

I ordered a jacket from the company.
I chased its delivery over weeks.I had emails which told me the jacket had arrived ,it had not.ai had emails that told me jacket was on its way when it had arrived !
The quality of the jacket was awful and I immediately made contact to return.I have received number of verbose emails telling me I can keep the jacket with a 10% then 15% discount .I still await a returns response and I don't believe they have any intention of fulfilling their obligation under British retail law.

Do not use this company they are not a British Company as they seem. The so called leather boots ordered, arrived from China and were a cheap plastic. They did respond by email very politely saying they were sorry to hear we were dissatisfied with the product and if I would like to send a photo, they would speak to their suppliers offering a 10% refund if we would keep the boots. I refused to any of the above and they offered a 20% refund or option to return them to China at my own cost. I have now sent a third request and dispute is ongoing highlighting their returns policy that they will pay if item is faulty which it is, it's not leather!!!

Awful experience!
I ordered two items from Gents of Britain — one never arrived, and the other was cheap and nothing like the photos.
Customer service offered only 10% refund instead of my money back.
Nothing about this company feels British — poor quality, misleading name and unhelpful attitude.
Avoid!

Slow Delivery. Poor Quality Goods. Unreasonable and expensive return policy. Do not go near

Absolutely terrible experience.

I ordered some "100% leather" boots and waited 3 weeks for delivery (from China). Only one boot materialised, I reached out to customer service who needed a photo of the missing boot... and then they sent out the order again.

3 weeks later, 2 more boots arrived. The leather they boasted on the website is foam with a faux leather covering. One of the boots broke immediately.

After many emails, they refused a refund unless I returned the product in perfect condition (i.e not the condition I received them in) and in the original packaging. Furthermore, the return would be at my own cost including any customs charges.

They hid behind their loose policies that hold no water since they do not align with UK consumer law.

Ultimately, I was forced to raise a chargeback through my bank and report the company to trading standards.

Absolutely disgusting vile quality this Ali way firm should put down the coat it’s already ripped it’s literally a t shirt please consumers do buy from these unknown species
