Contacted Geo Green 28/03 for a quote for Solar and Battery, their admin staff reached out to gather information for a desktop quote, zero communication from the company to the date of this post,

I would avoid as this is not a great customer experience and makes me think that if it is poor communication now, what would it be like if i had agreed for any works to commence.

A fantastic service all-round - highly recommended

We had ground source heat pumps fitted by Geo Green Power this year.

Some observations;

- The installation was handled with great care, consideration and professionalism by the team, led by Rob. It was a delight to have them here.

- The ground works were done with incredible attention to detail. In just a very short time you could not tell the pipes had been laid in the field. We've planted a wildflower meadow in the field and look forward to seeing that take shape this year!

- The system was top-spec, with only really quality products used.

- The system is working perfectly. We had one small issue with noise (we probably had the pump working too high). George quickly came out and sorted it. We did decide to keep our boiler back in case the heating was not warm enough or the water was not hot enough, We've not even bothered plumbing it in because the ground source heat pumps all work brilliantly.

Our confidence in the job on the ground source heat pumps meant we decided to only speak to Geo Green for the next part of our installation, solar panels. Again, every aspect of the job was great. A first-class team did the installation, the panels are great and excellent quality and - even in winter - they have made a difference.

Geo Green have also sorted EV charging points for us, and we've received another 5 star service working with Rohith.

It's clear that everyone we have met really enjoys their role at Geo Green, and that reflects in the service and professionalism you get across all aspects of the business.

We'd highly recommend them.

We engaged Geogreen after receiving a number of quotes. Not only was the communication brilliant throughout, there was huge effort made to ensure that the work was fitted in to meet with our existing timescale. We already had scaffolding arranged for our builder to sort out various issues with the roof, and as it was only booked for a month, we needed Geogreen to fit our panels and optimisers during the time it was here. They scheduled the work perfectly. Every one of the people who arrived i.e. pre-installation check as well as the men who did the work were absolutely on time and very pleasant in manner besides being highly professional. Work went smoothly and to time. Thanks to all who were involved.

Oh yes! After indifferent service by our new-build air source heating installers, Geo Green popped up in a Google Search. Read well, so gave it a chance. Phew, glad we did. Telephone arrangements made with head office, pleasantly polite, obliging engineer arrived at the allotted time, did his thing, plus sorted aspects beyond his remit (left in a right state by the original installers) leaving everything clean & tidy, with a list useful tips. Peace of mind at last. Well done Team Geo Green.

Very good experience fitting my solar system

We have been very disappointed indeed with Geogreen. Initial sales pitch was excellent, to secure 8k house solar power and hot-water via solar. Thereafter a litany of issues:
1) No help at all from Geogreen in working out how to liaise with power company to change connections with outside junction boxes. Numerous e-mails on our part to do this.
2) For installation, crew turned up unannounced to put scaffolding up. Told it was going up on a different roof to one we previously agreed, so had to run around consulting neighbours, wondering if planning permission was required.
3) Crew for installation were really nice people, but lacked a long enough 'lead' required for the installation of Solic 200 to the hotwater tank (why not thought of before??). Then the frustration really mounts..
4) Numerous trips to sort out the Solic 200 lead. First installation resulted in an overloading of the Drayton heating system - if I had not had heard this 'crackling' and run to switch off the system at the fuse board, there was a serious risk that the house would burn down. Thank fully not.
5) Numerous visits followed to sort this aspect out, including replacing of Drayton box which had 'burnt out'. E-mails to company unanswered/ taking a lot time to reply.
6) Finally, the Solic 200 was properly installed... or so we thought... alas not, it is now not working. Rang the company (Solic 200) myself to try to find out why, as we did not trust Geogreen anymore. Probable that initial overloading of circuit damaged the Solic 200, so it worked temporarily, but then gave up.
7) very poor after sales service and customer service.

Summing up, all the people who visited were very nice. However. strongly get the impression that Geogreen don't really know what they are doing in the domestic market place, as their real focus is on big corporate clients. Would NOT recommend to another household.

Great team, from design to installation. Efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Would use again.

Just to follow up on our first review. We would like to totally retract what was first said: This company has gone out of it's way to provide excellent feedback and information relating to our original query. So much so that James (a director) visited our home and set out all options and pitfalls so that we could make a truly informed decision about the changes we would like to make to our home. I don't think you could get much better service than that. Many thanks!!

Contacted this company to ask for help in future proofing our home to help lower it's carbon footprint. We were looking for innovative ways and genuine guidance on what is available and how well it would suit our house. Whilst the first conversation with an operative was quite useful, we then received very limited follow up or engagement even though we had made it clear we would be interested in pursuing a number of options. After chasing them up on a response we got a very limited to reply specifically about solar panels with absolutely no interest by them of following up any of the other enquiries. Can only assume they are chasing bigger fish or have limited understanding of future environment impact solutions.

The meeting to examine what was possible etc was very good and the Geo Representative could not have been more knowledgeable friendly and helpful.
The pre installation team were equally good as was the team that came to install the panels.
My only criticism would be that there was a lack of information to me about the timing and procedure for applying to my provider for their agreement. Some weeks were lost it would appear between the actual switching on of the panels and an agreed date with my power supplier. The panels look good and are barely noticeable,I would be interested in some more in the future.

It's very hard to find good companies that will get the job done to a high standard and in a friendly and efficient manner. Making the choice to give a large sum of money to a company, that you only know from reviews and the Sales chap, can be a leap of faith! However, from start to finish, Geo Green provided an excellent solution and service to me when installing our 26Kw Ground Source Heating installation. The project management and installation teams worked well with the challenging requirements and also negotiating the unique challenges of Lockdowns. Some things did take longer than anticipated and there were unforeseen issues, but the mark of an excellent company is how these issues are resolved and I was certainly not let down. I would whole heartedly recommend Geo Green to anyone wishing to venture into Heat pump technology.

The Company proved to be efficient and professional throughout, and have been a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

It has all gone really well. I was expecting competence and got excellence.
