Geo Green Power Avis

I was most impressed with the service offered by the company. They sent an engineer from Nottingham to Redditch in Worcestershire during the coronovirus crisis to check on my faulty inverter and another to fix a replacement.
I didn't think I would be able to get anyone to help and was so pleased they were able to source ,deliver and fit a new inverter.
The company observed all social distancing and health and safety procedures and delivered a professional friendly service.
Top Mark's.

From the first call to the site visit you were very professional and informative one slight minus point was the lateness of your engineer all in all a very good job

Geo Green have recently installed our NIBE ground source heat pump on our self build property in Leicester. Many thanks to all the team and it was a great service from quotation through to installation. I would highly recommend.

From initial enquiry to site visit to survey to installation the service was excellent.

I delayed the install for a few months but that wasn’t an issue and the standard of the install was superb.

Special mention to Jack Hiley, Kitty, Sam Snaith, Fads Kouchekpour, Przemek Grodzki and Patric Foody who were all a pleasure to deal with.

Really starting to see the cost benefit after just a week and would recommend Geo Green Power to anyone.

From start to finish the team at Geo Green Power were extremely professional, explained everything in a manor that was easy to understand and hopefully have not over stated the performance of the solar system they have installed for us. Their site fitters have to be complemented on how they worked in appalling conditions and also the finish on the installation is of the highest standard. Everything was carried out on the dates they said things would happen including commissioning and hand over. The site was left in a tidy condition with all waste disposed of correctly..
An excellent company in all respects and one I would definitely recommend.

Tony Kirk. Business Development Director.

Worked well with my requirements and understood them from the start of the project, very helpful, polite and friendly staff made an excellent job of the installation and commissioning.

Service is ok, they can be slow getting back to you with correspondence

Good efficient workers very pleasant to work with

Geo Green Power installed a 13kW ground source heat pump and 6kW solar system at our residental property near Leeds in Dec 2019. The quality of the work has been excellent throughout including potentially messy external groundworks. The installation was prompt and undertaken by obliging engineers who made sure to reduce their impact on our day to day lives. We were kept well informed on what we needed to do wrt to various paperwork required by their admin team, with unambiguous and fair pricing and a clear overall economic assessment of the system's value and pay-back time. In short, our experience was one of high quality professionals doing what they are clearly expert at, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others looking for this sort of system.

Geo Green Power were professional, friendly and trustworthy throughout my experience with them. They installed PV panels on our roof, making sure that communication was clear and frequent, and any issues were quickly resolved. We had to change our inverter due to space issues on the day of install - and it arrived and was installed the following day without a problem. I would definitely recommend them and will be considering them for future business as I aim to become more eco friendly.

Our new solar energy system (JA Solar panels / SolarEdge inverter) was installed and commissioned two days ago by Geo Green Power. We received an extremely professional service from beginning to end, and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a solar installation. Our main contact, Jack, impressed us with his enthusiasm and knowledge of renewables when we first spoke to him, and he kept in touch with us throughout the process, ensuring that all preparations for the installation went smoothly (for example, dealing with Western Power on our behalf to fit an isolator switch ) so we didn't need to worry about a thing. The installation team were very pleasant and very professional, they finished the project within a single visit and we were up and running with our solar system on the same day. They did a great job of tidying up after themselves (all we had to do was sweep up a little brick dust and wipe down some windowsills). Geo Green are highly committed to renewable energy, a well-established company who provide an efficient, no-fuss service from start to finish. They are also reasonably priced, and didn't hassle us for payment even though we were late paying both deposits! We were delighted with the finishing touch, a floral arrangement, which was delivered a couple of days after we "went solar".

Highly recommended.

Totally satisfied with the whole experience, from first contact with Geo Green to finished product installation. The team were extremely professional, and provided a seamless and efficient service, at a reasonable price. We have full confidence in the solar system that is now up and running and saving us lots of money, as well as helping to save the planet! Would highly recommend Geo Green in all respects.

Whole team were great technically and really pleased with final install of Air Source Heat Pump etc. Courteous and looked after us and our house. I would recommend them to family and friends.

First class installation which was working until recently. Could be a problem with our immersion unit? Are you able to help with this? Can't get a plumber to check it out.

Brilliant service from enquiry to completion.

Very pleased with service we received from Geo Green Power from the original consultation to the end of the work being carried out. Everyone was very helpful from start to finish, the job was carried out very professionally, nothing was too much trouble when the men came to fit the panels. All in all very satisfied.

Excellent and honest company to deal with

Straight forward communications, good standard of work, and top rate equipment

It is fair to say that Geo Green Power really is a company who cares about the work that they do. Their customer care is excellent and every single member of the company I have had the pleasure of dealing with has not only been extremely knowledgeable and competent, but has also just been a genuinely nice person. I really can't fault them in any way.

I was recommended Geo Green Power by a neighbour, and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money they offered compared to other companies I’d had quotes from. There was no pushy sales person to deal with and when we decided to go with Geo Green their customer service team kept us informed of the progress all the way through to completion.
