I emailed GS after my order was sent…
I emailed GS after my order was sent and I realised I hadn’t put my discount code (for first time order) in. I was phoned back immediately and everything was sorted out to my satisfaction in a very helpful and friendly way. Also, I got my order within two days despite the postal strike. Will definitely order from them again, first class customer service.

Just wanted to say how much I 💗 my La Roma hoops. They really sparkle and catch the light as though encrusted with diamonds! I’m super impressed with the speedy delivery to Ireland too (they arrived within two business days)!

Had a slight problem when ordering. Someone helped me quickly and followed up later. The quality of my purchase and price were excellent. Fantastic range of gold and silver. I bought some earrings as a gift but they were so good I got some for me too. Delivery ( and notification of) was extremely quick and items very well packaged. I’d definitely buy from them again. Pleased to have found them.

Impressive Customer Service!
I am so impressed with the customer service at The Hoop Station. I ordered a pair of hoops that arrived the next day! I had ordered another pair but Juliet contacted my to tell me that they were out of stock and gave me the option of a refund or to be notified when they were back in stock. Having chosen the refund that was processed immediately, I then heard from Juliet again, telling me that they had a very similar hoop and that if I wanted them, they would keep one of the 5 pairs they had for me. I will definitely be a regular Hoop Station customer after this experience!
