My daughter, whom I bought the gift for decided to change to a smaller size of jewellery and once again Juliet obliged and refunded my account within days. Exceptional customer service. Gorgeous product range by far one of my favourite earring brands. I lost one of my earrings on a beach and just thought to email the company to see if they had a spare and they did. So happy as I can carry on wearing my lovely earrings. Thank you so much.
