I ordered four pair of hoop earrings from this little family company apparently effectively run mainly by just one person! I received them within the time specified with no hassle at all. The hoops were packed in little plastic bags and were all in pristine condition. They were a pretty light shade of gold, probably a pretty thin layer of gold plating, and very light-weight. It does say online that they were lightweight and they certainly were, and that's great for some people, however I prefer a bit more weight to mine for more of a quality feel. The clasps on some of them also felt a bit flimsy and didn't seem like very high quality so I returned all of them again. Keep in mind I'm very picky, and I would probably have been very happy keeping all of them however since I'm a student on a tight budget, I have to be very selective. The returns process was super fast and the refund didn't even take 2 days after I sent the parcel before it was in my account. Great customer service the whole way and quick responses even on a weekend!
