Poor quality
Poor quality. Product was quite disappointing, and fell below my expectatations. a) arrives in a bag rather than peers providing in a box b) product felt cheap to touch, and was c) is easy to bend even by accident d) the earrings had no way to secure into place such as seperate stud clip and feels like it may fall out, e) it is simply a painted finish on what feels to be a cheap material
Quite dissatisfied considering what I would consider a 'premium' price point as prices are in line with more superior brands but seriously lacking in quality and presentation.

We do ask customers to let us know if it is a gift prior to dispatching.
We would have preferred to refund an unwanted purchase so as not to cause so much disappointment. This was a sale item and we are happy to have items returned and refunded any time a customer is not satisfied with our service / packaging. We send big items in boxes now - so apologies for no box. We had run out!! We do have so many happy customers and a lot of returning ones so this is a very great shame.

These earrings are so flimsy and really hard to get into my ear without bending. I have bought hoops from here often and this is the first time that I have found them awful quality.

Fab Earrings
Ordered some hoop earrings from here. Arrived next day, well packaged, and they are fab. Very lightweight and sparkly. Good comms from the seller as well. Have deducted a star as think postage charges are a little bit excessive. However, I am very pleased with the earrings, and had a couple compliments on them from friends.

Found the way it was delivered not great! Packaging inferior, earrings in a plastic bag in a jiffi bag which made it look as if it was bought from a bargain stall. No box for the earrings, not happy at all
