I just got my first Cheeky mouth guard and the fit is unbelievable. I've worn many different mouthguards, from drug store-boiling water sets, to dentist's office professionally made, and this is the best fitting and most comfortable one I've ever used.

Cheeky could not use my impressions to make a nightguard as my teeth had ground down too much, but the support I received from Ken helped me to get a full refund. Thank you Ken!

I had ordered a mouthguard kit. I was going to use it, and then I had a wiggly tooth. The tooth was removed, and a temporary bridge was put in. I can't use the kit till I get the permanent bridge put in. They said NO problem.

Timely resolution to question and good, descriptive instructions for kit processing

Two of the mixing compounds I received were not just white, they had a gray substance on top of them. I contacted customer services, and it took a few days to get a response, but I was told that I did not receive the correct compounds and that they would ship me a new starter kit. That was 8 days ago, and I still haven't received the new kit. Who knows what would have happened if I mixed together what they sent me? Would it have been toxic? Or adhered to my teeth??? I am very skeptical of this company, their quality control, and customer service at this point. I will wait for the updated kit, ensure the compound colors match the training video, and hope to be satisfied with the rest of the fulfillment of my order.

So far the experience is great. Great customer service, easy to use product and instructions. Waiting for the final product!

This is my first go round with Cheeky and I had questions for them and the customer response was rapid and concise. So far my experience is all n point and everything is going as planned to get my mouthguards.

Ive spent a great deal of time, money and pain getting my English “yeah baby!” Austin Powers teeth fixed over the last 10 to 12 years. as my original Invisalign retainers worn out I bought Cheeky. The other companies I’ve thought to use was way too long “six to 10 weeks”. Cheeky was within two weeksish and quality was everything I could ask and the price is significantly cheaper than the Dentist by a lot $$

Great experience with Cheeky. Simple impression process, good fit, and noticeable relief from headaches and jaw pain after just a month.

I ordered a kit and they sent the wrong one. A month later, they finally sent the correct item—but I had already asked them to cancel. Now they want to charge me a return fee for their mistake. Poor customer service and unfair policies. Do not do business here.

I've been using those boil-to-shape mouthguards for several years. I didn't realize how uncomfortable they were until I tried these. Yes the impression-making process was a little rough, for me, anyway, this is nothing against the company. It is what it is, and it is totally MY issue. BUT, it was well worth it. If you are on the fence about giving them a try, do it.
