Wish I had read the reviews before buying I also bought buy one get one free in December as Christmas presents tracking number does not work no response from the company so I’m now having to claim back from my credit card which is taking forever! Avoid this company at all costs disappointed kids who were excited to be getting these!! This has put me off buying anything online!

Scam - same as all the other reviews on here. Bought the buy 1 get 1 free, got a reassuring email at first, now they're ignoring my emails and the tracking number hasn't had any updates since it said it was dispatched. Ordered in December 25, it's now Feb 2026 and nothing. Scamming p**cks

Same as everyone else. Ordered 4th of December no products. A scam.

Ordered 5th December and dispute several messages we have never received the Chillnests! Avoid!

I’d also like to score a big fat 0. As with most other comments on here I ordered early Dec for Christmas gifts-received ‘express tracking’ info…it’s now February 2nd 2026 And still no items. Wonder how long they take for standard delivery?!
I’ve come to terms with the fact they are mahoosive scummy scammers B&£@ards, the big C word and that they’ve enjoyed a fruitful payday from all of us willing buyers

Why didn't I read this before buying? Total crooks!! Took our money and set up a recurring payment with the bank. Thankfully no further money was taken, but could it just have been a matter of time?

Whoever these lot are, they are scammers. I ordered at the beginning of December 2025 and was assured they would be here by Christmas. Got the same standard response as everyone - it’s a busy period but I will defo receive the products. We’re now in February and I’ve received nothing and am no longer receiving replies to my emails.

Ordered late November, still no item,8 emails sent, one response saying delay over Christmas period.

Ordered at the beginning of December with “express delivery”. Now February no sign of the order and no response from customer services and the tracking number is now invalid!

Awful. Did not come. Emailed them, they replied once telling me to wait a little longer and every subsequent email thereafter has been ignored. Do not buy!

Ordered 6 dec. Never arrived.

Ordered my item on 6th december and email stated shipped on 8th december but not received or heard anything about my ordered item. Order item #4480. Still waiting for item

I wish id read this page before placing the order. Chased and chased for info on order made just after christmas and now at the end of Jan, just one reply saying will look into it and nothing since. Total scammed, steer clear

Scam… never arrived… luckily my bank refunded my money DO NOT BUY

Ordered before Xmas. Never turned up. Said it was delivered to an address in the USA: I’m in the UK. Have been repeatedly ignored by customer service. Absolute scam.

Dreadful. Ordered an item early December as a christmas gift. The tracking number and process was ridiculously confusing and unclear, not providing me with any useful information. Contacted customer services who assured me it was on the way, and they were just extremely busy due to the time of year. Fast forward almost two months later - I've received nothing, have requested a refund, but am also getting no response back from their 'customer service' - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Wish I'd checked here first.

This is a scam site. Its set up well for a scam site but they do not send items or refund you. They even manage to give you a bogus tracking number. site says 5 star reviews on Trustpilot as well. Should be illegal, not sure how to get teh site took down
