Chill Nest 

Scam company. Didn't receive my order. Ordered in the first week of December. Have asked for a refund. Haven't heard anything since.

DO NOT BUY - Ordered at end of Nov the deal for buy one get one free - did not receive until after Christmas. I received a poor quality product which did not match what was advertised. It was smaller, the device holding arm does not extend both sides and the support was not as advertised, the wrong colour was sent and I also only received one nest and not buy one get one free - when I queried they did said it would arrive separately but when I asked for tracking information I received radio silence and no contact since 31st Dec despite numerous contacts made.

Can't help feeling scammed. Ordered a set at start of December for Christmas. Nothing arrived and contacted customer service who were great and reassured me. Nearer Christmas still nothing. I accepted it was not going to arrive. Finally I received one item...I ordered 2 and a mug too. Emailed customer service multiple times with no response. Completely disappointed. I am going to see if I can claim the expense back.

The actual item seems to be decent enough however the wee nest part for sweets etc is tiny!!! Does not look that small in the advertising.

Overall, I would avoid. Save yourself the disappointment. Not a scam as I did receive an item but full order was not fulfilled and no correspondence from customer service.

Ordered 6th Dec, no goods arrived, tracking sent but doesn't show any delivery.

No refund received as yet.

Ordered 2 at the start of December for Christmas presents. They have still not been delivered.

Apart from one email from their ‘customer service’ offering a tracking number - which i already had - they have ignored all efforts at contact

I’ve claimed the money back via my bank but avoid at all costs. They are scammers

Unfortunately, like many others, I ordered early December, still not arrived late January, and no response to emails. Avoid.

Disgusting company just had to claim my money back from my bank been waiting 3 months was told it was in transit 2 months ago one reply only to over 8 emails still not got my order scammers

Still not received my order! No replies to emails, no updates, nothing! The worst bit is I decided not to order from Amazon, and order from the actual website, despite it being more expensive! Looks like we were all scammed!!

Shockingly slow delivery, bought in November, delivered in January, was meant to be a Xmas present. Smaller than it looks on the picture. Also buy one get one free is a scam, as are the free gifts, which don't show on order after you have clicked it.

Ordered 17th Dec and still haven’t received items. No response from customer service and no tracking updates.

Scam! ordered beginning of december and not received (no end of Jan) the courier Evri didnt receive the parcel from them. Report to Cosumer rights.

SCAM. Do not order. Item never came and emails ignored. Thankfully managed to get the money back from the bank.

This is 100% a scam. I saw them advertising with a BOGOF and a fondue mug set on Instagram and impulse bought. If I had checked out how much the pillow cost I would have realise the offer was to good to be true. They gave me a tracking number that went know where and when I contacted them they just kept advising me to wait.

Like everyone else on here ordered 2 x Chillnest on 7/12/25 for a nice stocking fillers. No products and when you try to email you get nothing back. also asked for refund and still no reply! What a joke of a company. Stay well clear. All that money they have had off people at Christmas just wanting to get some nice gifts.

Complete and utterly scammers. I ordered 2 of these 11th of Dec and have yet to recieve them and its now 22nd Jan. They are clever enough to make it look like they are on transit. I have sent about 20 emails and got a generic reply about it being busy, now no reply. There is no phone number either to contact and I cant find them on facebook now either. Avoid avoid avoid

First of all I didn’t even want to give 1 star as this company are complete scammers , I Ordered on the 17th dec and still haven’t received my order or any confirmation at all about the order !!!🤬 DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

I ordered two chill nests for £60 and receive one free at the end of November 2025. I eventually received one on 30th December 2025 and it was nothing like advertised. Never received the other two. They said they would refund me but never did. I had to get my bank involved and within 3 days I had a full refund. Stay away from them is my advice. I was lucky I received my money back due to the intervention of my bank.

Don't order from this company,ordered on 6th December,no sign of it and getting no response from company,stay well clear
