Chill Nest 

If I could leave no stars I would. These guys are trotters independent traders! Absolute scam artists, purchased a deal in November for 2 nest in beige with the free got chocolate gifts. We’re stocking fillers for Xmas day. 6 weeks later 1 pink nest arrived and it’s only big enough to put a hamster in! Not even fit enough for a sylvanian family collection it’s so small. Chillnest asked for the packaging details and pics of the receive item and then boom all communication stopped! Prob too busy sorting through all their complaint emails from their disappointed customers. I want me money back, I have not received the goods I have paid for

Scam, never received item

Like many others here, I purchased toward the end of December and have heard nothing. I sent over 30 emails to get a response and nothing.

Contacted the credit card company today and they have issued a charge back.

I ordered on 02.12.25 ready for Christmas and i'm still waiting for my order now!!! i have contacted so many times and only had one reply since then NOTHING!!! i will hopefully contact my bank and get the money back!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Same as everyone else it appears. Scam that provided no product or information when emails were sent. No refund and who ever is responsible should be jailed for theft

SCAMMERS!!! Don’t order from them. Ordered 8th Dec and were now on 19th Jan and still no product received.
Replied to me a couple of times to say delivery was on its way- absolute rubbish. There never was a chill nest, never was a dispatch. I’m pleased to say my bank identified as a scam after I reported it and refunded me.

I wish there was the option to give a zero/0 for my experience. I also wish these reviews had been on here when I ordered (6th Dec 25). Unfortunately I've had the same experience as others - nothing ever arrived. Ordered 6 Dec & received email to say dispatched 8 Dec from China. Ad said it was express shipping, 2-5 business days. Have sent countless emails & been told due to the holidays there is a delay but the package is still arriving. It's clearly not. Responses to my emails were forthcoming originally but now they have ignored me so I have started a payment dispute/chargeback with my bank. Awful company.

Ordered on the 16th, no product received. Since December I’ve email 3 times during Jan and nothing, completely ignored! Came here as usually get a reply via trustpilot, such scammers

Scam company, do not order from here! Ordered 15th December. Tracking still says shipment created so it hasn’t even been sent. Emailed support twice in the last couple of weeks with no response. I’ve reported the transaction to my bank to be refunded.

Absolute Scammers! Ordered at the beginning of December, parcel still hasn't arrived...sent multiple emails with only 1 response ensuring it's been mailed but they're extremely busy over the Christmas period! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPNAY......I've requested a refund but yet again no reply! Stay clear.....

Items not received and contacted customer service with no reply. Ordered 10th Dec for both my daughters Christmas.

Awful service! Ordered 11/12/25 - still waiting for delivery 17/01/26. Customer service email response is AI so can’t even talk to a real person. Asked 3 times for a refund and now they are not even responding to me. Don’t bother, they’re a scam company, I had to get a chargeback from my bank.

Order early December, received the item late December. Was not made aware of the long delivery time at ordering and the product is tiny and not worth the money or the wait.

This company are a complete scam, do not order from them! I ordered on the 3rd December and received nothing. Initially customer services were quite helpful and responsive but then they went completely silent. Read the reviews and do not make the same mistake that I made.

AVOID AT ALL COST! COMPLETE SCAM! Ordered a tablet stand on the 11/12/2025 and still haven’t received. Contacted the company and was fed some story about Christmas shipping delays and that they can’t refund me until the product arrives. As of the 16/12/2026, I have had no updates and no delivery of the product.

Ordered 8th December 2024 for Xmas gift,
tracking has never been updated emailed them 18/12 advised delays due to Christmas post ?!?! Further2 emails in January no response at all . Requested refund no response . Still not received total scam

Product ordered 6/12/25. Received confirmation email. Shipping email and tracking recieved 8/12/25. Product didnt arrive. Initial emails sent were responded to in a generic way...now complete silence from this scam company. No product. No refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. SCAM SCAM SCAM
