Chill Nest 

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering would give 0 stars if I could. I came across this while scrolling on Facebook. Ordered on 16th December and received emailed with tracking number on 19th December, but it has never updated and not received goods. Emailed multiple times and no reply, website says out of stock now. I’ve contacted my bank to try to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER – THIS IS A SCAM.

Same as others, looked completely legit, they responded to a query beforehand really quickly, but when they didn’t arrive, and I messaged them, nothing at all. I’ve obviously been scammed.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering as I then definitely would not have ordered.
Ordered on the 4th of December. Still havnt received my order. Have asked for a refund. And no response from customer support team. Really unhappy 😞

Absolute scam - avoid. No item, no communication, no refund. Ended up doing a chargeback with my bank and then bought almost identical item elsewhere which arrived in 4 days.

If I could give these people a zero I would. Where to begin? 45 days & still no nest, tracking codes that don’t work, no mention of it coming from China on site but apparently it’s still on its way from there! Generic return emails when I complain. Don’t do it!

Scam, read the reviews. I have asked for a refund with no reply. Do not! I repeat DO NOT order from these! You might as well throw your hard earned money out the window.

Ordered x3 products from this company on 11th December and still have not received them over a month later.
They originally emailed and said it was on the way and was busy due to Christmas. However not heard anything since!
Quick to take the money and not deliver!

Ordered at the beginning of December, was sent a tracking number which just confirms the logistics company have received the parcel information, they've never received the parcel itself. Complete scam. I've done a chargeback request to get my money back, make sure you screenshot these reviews to show its a scam company. Also temu have these for sale for anyone wanting one

I ordered on the 16th December still waiting and after reading all the reviews don't think I'll be getting it , absolute scam don't buy ,they replied to one of my emails and now nothing (surprise surprise),I emailed Evri and they couldn't find my order ,I doubt it was even sent,such a shame so many people have been scammed out of alot of money!!!!!

Ordered before Christmas buy one get one free for my daughter , no sign of my order no tracking information available I'd say this company is a scam AVOID !

Bought the product on 4/12/25 on the buy one get one free offer as a last minute stocking filler for my children. Received a tracking number which was as useless as a white crayon. Didn’t update and then wanted me to pay to track my parcel. Email them reguarding hadn’t received my order before Christmas as advertised. Got an email with empty apologies and them laughing knowing I was NEVER receiving my goods. Emailed again today 13/01/2026 to no response the same as the last 8-9 emails I’ve sent.

Feel foolish for not reading the reviews a lesson learnt.

Avoid this company and save your money.

This company ought to be ashamed of themselves.

SCAM! DO NOT give this ‘business’ any money. Purchased a buy one get one free Chill Nest advertised on Instagram 30/11/25. Prrsents for my kids for xmas. Confirmation of order email came straight away, great. Two days later an email to say order on its way. Fast forward to 12/1/26, no sign of my order, many attempts to contact company and no response. Reported to my bank for fraud and monies have been reimbersed by the bank.Steer clear of this scam trader.

Not received , ordered early december with promise of christmas delivery, even had the cheek to ask me to review
I keep emailing abd have asked for a refund as they cant offer any tracking details

I wish i had read the reviews first!! Ordered 7th December still not received. Emails being ignored, terrible company.

I ordered two of these well before Christmas and they still haven’t arrived and we are now well into January!
I have emailed several times for updates - no response.
Have since asked for a refund - still no response.
Absolutely terrible! Would never recommend!

Ordered 8th December with estimat d shipping of 3-5 days, still have not received. Emailed numerous times, they just keep blaming it on the shipping carrier and the time of year.

I have now raised it as a dispute with my bank.

Never recieved order and my emails requesting refund are being ignored.

Negative reviews completely justified. Ordered ours end of November and arrived 2nd week of January. Wasn't aware item ships from China. Paid for 2 of these and only received 1
Waiting for a return address to send back to China for a refund, which i shall more than likely need my bank to sort as we have received an item not as decribed
