Feel very silly ordered 19th December 4 items, never received £60 lost!
They don’t reply to emails tracking doesn’t work
Please avoid at all costs

Absolutely gutted what a scam £90 and got nothing it’s bin 34 days now and no one will
Contact me back this is a joke how u got any 5 star rating is crazy must be doin it urself !! SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!

Ordered 2nd December, 4th December I was sent a tracking number, since then it has been sat in 'we have your order' emailed 3 times prior to Christmas to be told it is on its way however courier is behind on deliveries and it will be delivered before Christmas...It wasn't (The Courier mentioned was Evri - I received a few orders form them prior to Christmas) I have emailed since Christmas twice asking for refund - surprise surprise no response to these emails!! Really annoyed as I think my daughter would love this.

Order never arrived, no reply from customer service, have reported this as fraud to my bank in the hope that they can't trade any more, wish I'd bloody checked here before buying! Do not order, and if you have, report to your bank.

Absolutely awful. I ordered at the beginning of December and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed many many times and have been fobbed off. DO NOT ORDER off this company!!!!

Can’t rate the product as it never arrived even with a guarantee from the site it will be delivered.

The tracking is not user friendly and just says in transit with no updates since it was ordered 5 weeks ago. On my first 2 emails to customer service they responded within 24 hours but were no real help, they just asked me to check my tracking number again and then replied that there are carrier delays and tracking update issues outside of their direct control

Still no sign of my package or delivery update. They are not replying to my last emails as I have asked for a refund. Managed to get a refund via my bank

Taken my money and never received items.

I really wish I had.
I ordered on 17th December, and to be honest wasn't too bothered if it turned up in time for Christmas.
Well, I'm still waiting. But unfortunately I feel in vain, as I don't expect to receive it at all now.
I contacted the company several times and at first got a reply. Asking if I'd given them the correct email address etc, then saying my order number is not a valid number.
I've given up now and will contact my card company to apply for a refund.
It seems like these scammers have made a fortune from gullible buyers like me, and all just in time for them to have a good Christmas. Disgusting!

The item never arrived. Emailed them and was told someone was dealing with the email. Never heard anything again. Complete and utter sham. Don’t waste your time

Absolute SCAM. DO NOT BUY. I have ordered from here for my little girl for Christmas we have not received our order! The tracking hasn’t even changed from 11th of December! This is absolutely outrageous I will NOT be tolerating this. Expect to hear from me so many times you lose count. I will not let you scammers keep MY money, refuse to refund me and ignore my emails!!!!!! This better get fixed ASAP or I will be escalating this into further consequences.

SCAM. Seconding what a lot of people have said on here, I am afraid this company has taken my money and not delivered anything, not even a reply to an email. I placed an order on 16th December and paid extra for express guaranteed shipping. On Xmas eve I realised my two items had not arrived in time and so emailed chill nest support. It’s January 10th and I’ve still had no reply. I have emailed again to request a refund as I still have over £30 missing and nothing to show for it. No tracking makes it feel fraudulent. Why guarantee express shipping if items come from china!

Ordered on 5/12/2025 and I am still waiting.
Can’t even track the order and 2 attempts to contact the company are unanswered.

Avoid this company if you can. I ordered a chillnest - which was on offer as buy 1 get one free - in mid December. The website promised delivery before Xmas. It's now 10th January and the tracking info still hasn't updated.

Customer service is useless. They basically send you the same copy and paste email over and over again, but have nothing useful to say other than "xmas was busy, it's on it's way". No explanation as to how or why the tracking hasn't updated in 4 weeks.

They point blank decline to refund, even though they item has clearly never been sent. Scam company - AVOID!

I have been chasing my order for almost 2 weeks as this is a present for my daughter's birthday. I ordered this over 3 weeks ago and it's still not been delivered I've had no update on tracking details and everytime I emailed them they said it was down to Christmas and it being a busy time of year and now Christmas is over I'm still waiting!! I emailed them yesterday and they are now ignoring my emails 🙄 so I will be going to my bank for a refund, I ordered a tymo curler and that came quicker than this, this company Is a joke!!!
