DO NOT ORDER. I am still awaiting my order that I placed back at the beginning of December. If I had know that it was coming from abroad then I wouldn’t have wasted my time and money. I have received the standard statement

Being completely fobbed off with this response, I have now requested a refund or delivery date.

COMPLETE SCAM Item never arrived ordered weeks before Xmas fast express shipping stated, shipping number useless contact customer service multiple times to be told item is on way it’s still not arrived no update asked for refund and told I can have one until item arrives but it still hasn’t arrived

Do not order!!! Ordered the beginning of December still not received items and no communication regarding a refund I have now requested twice

Scam!!! Order took 6 weeks, when it arrived it was tiny- not what I ordered, cheaply made and I ordered on a buy one get one free with additional promotions, all of which didn’t arrive. Now no reply at all. £30 for something that is worth less than £10!

An absolute scam. This company then replied to this and said it was down to delivery issues. Still no order and still no response. Do not buy!

Wish i had done my research on trust pilot before i ordered this bought totally on a whim for my little girl for christmas said 2 to 5 days delivery ordered on 3rd december quick enough to take your money then 8th december update to say dispatched then nothing else still not received and its now 9th january i will be taking it further !!!

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Was scrolling on insta when I saw the advert before Christmas, early December. Impulse buy as had most of Christmas covered anyway but looks like its all a scam reading other reviews. Tracking of delivery looked dodgy from the get go but was initially getting replies. These have now dried up and i guess refund wont happen again reading other reviews. If you are reading this, save yourself the trouble and don't order from this bastards. No sign of my order

PLEASE AVOID THIS IS A SCAM!
I placed an order at the end of November after doing some research thinking this company was legit based on a few limited reviews. Was advertised guaranteed delivery 2-5 days, 2 weeks later no delivery and tracking showing it’s not even dispatched. Several emails to the company and promised that it is moving and will be with me soon, delivery has been delayed due to Christmas. After 3 weeks and speaking to the company that’s handling the shipping they confirm the item was never given to them and chill nest still say it was. After this chill nest now completely ignore my emails and I am now left trying to claim my money back from my bank.

PLEASE EVERYONE SAVE YOUR SELF AND AVOID THIS SCAM

Ordered this on 14th Dec. Tracking hasn't moved so I contacted them to be told there was a delay due to Xmas but no further update on my tracking. Really bad service . No updates no idea when i will receive it i asked for a refund but no reply back. I will have to shop elsewhere to buy this for my daughter.

Ordered on 15th December and still waiting. Tracking information useless as it hasn’t been updated since the same day. Very quick to respond to emails before I made the purchase, but has been radio silence since. Feeling very foolish that I didn’t read reviews beforehand.

Im pretty sure ive been scammed !
Order 26/12/25 has confirmation email after a week I emailed them they replied saying it hadn't been shipped and it still hasn't two weeks later and I cannot get any reply from customer service

SCAM AVOID. Never arrived after 5 weeks told I would get a refund but never recieved it and now they are ignoring me.

This company is an absolute scam company.
Ordered before Xmas and although they were communicating before Xmas, all comms have stopped coming from them. Tracking not updated since before Xmas. I have given a 1 star because I cannot give 0

I ordered on the 2nd December - messaged several times still nothing has arrived and no reply . Wow what a very bad business especially at Christmas when it’s gifts.

I REALLY wish I had read reviews before ordering. Ordered on December 10th for a Christmas gift. When i try to track, claims there is no item. It sure as shit was taken from my account. This company is a SCAM. I hope they get what's coming to them

Ordered 5th December. Product not received. All emails chasing are automated/AI and tracking shows no movement since 10th December.

Requests for refund ignored.

Thank goodness I paid on credit card and can raise a case.

AVOID - If I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered the BOGOF offer with the free fondue cup and ordered this on 29th November and was told it would arrive in time for Christmas! So I received one nest only on the 6th Jan! I sent numerous emails to be told to wait only to not get my full order! I have been very patient and waited and for what! Feels like a scam as I should have got 2 x nests and 2 fondue cups as I paid for an extra cup and now they are not replying to my emails asking where the rest of my order is. Poor company! Listen to the reviews I wish I had - Chill Nest either refund me or send the rest of my order!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Never received items. Ordered 13th December. Tracking received on 15th but nowhere to be seen. Emailed lots of times and advised order delayed because of Christmas. Started dispute with my credit card provider as many other reviews also state item never received.

Absolutely dreadful . My order has never arrived . The advertisement was clear it would arrive by 5 th dec it didn’t . They said I can’t cancel but I have re requested to cancel as it hadn’t arrived . Haven’t had a reply . It’s appalling . Going to report to trading standards as terrible .
