Ordered 8th December, they take the money then provide you with a fake tracking number. No point emailing trying to get money back through my card. Fraudulent company- avoid completely

Complete scam. Ordered 3 weeks ago, nothing received, tracking number doesn't give any information and nobody replies to emails

Where do I start?
Was meant to be here before Xmas, but then you notice that the website states $30 and not £'s, parcel or tracking doesn't exist until you complain, then you find a link that states it's coming from China!
So not only is it cheaply made, but Chill Nest are advertising as their own product.

Several days later EVRI have told me they are still awaiting to receive my order?
Does it exist? Is it coming?

Chill Nest haven't replied for ages, so I'm chasing my bank against a possible Scam!

Red Flags Everywhere, DO NOT BUY

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered on December 7th and was promised prior Christmas delivery. I still haven’t received anything ( 1/6/25). The tracking number is useless. They will not give me my money back because they say it’s in transit. Now they are even responding to me.

I ordered mine the beginning of December.
Clearly should have come here! No where on website does it state that this product comes from China. It was stated the order would arrive before Christmas.... it hasnt. Customer service does reply however its extremely Ai generated! I have requested a refund and notified my bank. SCAM!

Agree with other negative reviews. Appears to be a scam.
My husband placed an order for myself on 29.11.25 which still hasn’t arrived and shipping not updated.

Very poor! Waited forever.. finally arrived and it’s smaller than my cats bowl. Also the wrong colour and also does not hold a tablet as advertised.. lastly it was on a buy one get one free offer and surprised surprised only one arrived.. unstable Incorrectly advertised and hugely over priced…

Like everyone else here I ordered 7th December with express shipping guarantee. Showed as dispatched on December 10th but then nothing since. Emailed just before Xmas to get a “we’re really sorry but we’re just so busy” response but still at the 6th Jan still no product. I’ve emailed again asking for a refund on Jan 3rd but nothing so far. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

This company is a scam, o ordered from here in November for Christmas delivery and it still hasn’t arrived. I have repeatedly requested a refund to which I’m now being totally ignored. DO NOT BUY ANYTHiNG FROM HERE!!! You have been warned!!

Fraudulent company . Payment Taken in US and products shipped from another country??? Basically never received,been over a month did send a contact email of which I received " it's definitely been sent and is on its way" How ?? You wiped all the tracking information and the account order so. None of it could be seen anymore however I screenshot, and sent all the information to my bank as soon as it didn't make any sense AVOID this company at all costs !!

Placed and order almost 4 weeks ago, no sign of it arriving. Tracking is a dud!! I have emailed countless times!!! This order was a present that is no longer needed. I will be contacting my bank. Clearly a scam!!!

Ordered early December as a Christmas present and still not received my order. No communication about where it is or when / if it will ever arrive. Wish I’d checked them out before buying. Interestingly they’re showing that they have a five star trustpilot review so that’s clearly wrong!

Ordered a month ago and still not arrived. The tracking does not show anything since 8th December. Customer service contacted twice and can tell me nothing more than despatched and should be with me soon.

Item ordered over three weeks ago and never arrived! Tried to contact customer service several times but just receive the same message about high volumes of orders over Christmas. Really disappointed!
