Ordered 8th December still hasn't turned up cant get a reply from support and tracking doesnt work feel ive been conned of 30 pounds

Has eventually arrived 3rd Jan ordered 28 nov , ordered 2 only 1 arrived
And it’s actually tiny !! I don’t know whos snacks are fitting in there ? Maybe some mice

Disgraceful, ordered 29th November only arrived today. Even worse I paid £30 for a buy one get one free. No option to just buy 1 for £15. Waited all this time and only one came.

Absolutely terrible company. I ordered 5 of these in November with the assurance they would be delivered before Christmas. I have received 1 of these today out of the 5 I ordered and the quality is rubbish. I have emailed several times requesting a refund to just receive an automated email in reply. I wish I had read reviews first and would definitely not recommend this company or product

Fraudulent company. All these negative reviews are correct reflection of exactly what happens. The positive ones are fake.

I think this company may be a scam . Ordered on the 7th December as they were offering free express shipping . So many reviews saying the same. Did not arrive so I emailed and they assured it would arrive before Christmas . 3rd Jan and still not arrived . Can’t get a refund so will contact my bank

Ordered start of December like everyone else no response fake tracking, offered buy on get one free on site , confirmation said I was getting one, and I have no recieved any customer support after many emails
SCAM

After not receiving my item, despite numerous emails and being told I could not have a refund until I received my package and returned it, I contacted the bank. On investigation this company is fraudulent. I am awaiting a refund from the company who have asked me not to contact the police! THIS COMPANY IS FAKE! DO NOT USE!

My order was placed December 2nd and I was provided a tracking number, however, their tracking number is useless. Support stated the order would be here before Xmas, but It has now been over a month and we have still not received our order. Requesting a refund, but that would probably take lord knows how long to be completed. Waste of time.

Very disappointed and feel scammed. Ordered on 17th December with express delivery still no sign of items ordered. Requested a refund but advised I can't have one as they are in transit although not able to track it as tracking information doesn't work. No update on when or if delivery will ever happen. Wish I had never bothered.

I ordered on 2.12.25 and contacted with a question via messenger and got a reply very quickly with info I required. Then things went downhill. Tracking number doesn’t work and requests a sign up to pay for updates. Contacted again and aimed at customer services. Contacted them a few times and got a response but turns out was just telling me what I wanted to hear. Last contact was 21st dec as I was wondering if I was actually going to receive it as was a Xmas present. Told would update and would do best to confirm delivery. Silence since. Emailed 2 days ago and nothing. Messenger other day and nothing. All of a sudden response time has stopped. Looked deeper and found these reviews and all says same. Issue with small number of deliveries. Can almost accept but just like the customer service responses seems to give what you want to hear answers whereas 80% negative feedback compared to 15% positive shows a pattern. Looks like a good product hence reason for ordering and don’t like to leave negative feedback but if no one receives the item and get no contact back then not much you can do. Would like to receive my order but if get no contact or item in near future then will have no choice but to report business and try to pursue a reimbursement through other channels as you refute that it’s a scam but 80% of same issue gives that impression.

Ordered mine on 29/11/25 and I received today on the 2/1/26.

I ordered the deal where it was buy one get one free and came with cup etc and only one chill nest was recieved.

Also on the website it states it can hold a tablet which is a lie as only wide enough to fit a s25 ultra with case on vertically.

Also there is a hole going straight through the middle so How's it meant to hold sweets/popcorn etc?

Fraud. Horrible people. Stealing money from people and Christmas that could have been used on a proper item that arrives. I want my money back NOW! I am opening a fraud claim. Theifs!

Ordered these on the 23rd of December so naturally didn’t expect them to come on time for Christmas, which is fine. Reached out via email on the on the 28th, and I get the holidays roll around stuff gets busy. But now we’re in the new year I still haven’t received tracking or an email back

Terrible.ordered at the beginning of December. Tracking order doesn’t work at all. Got email replies saying send order number to which I already sent it, which went on for a few emails. Avoid at all costs . Always look at reviews first.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Very poor service, serious lack of communication and when you email it says the email address is not valid. Feel like I have been scammed. The link for the tracking is also incredibly poor. Please don’t purchase from this company.

Ordered on 27th December, still no update on dispatch and when trying to track it says my order isn't found...horrible feeling I have been scammed by this company. I have also emailed but had no response

Order #7129 NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. This was the perfect gift for my coworker--too bad it has never arrived. I thought it was so cool, that I also ordered one for myself...again--HAS NOT ARRIVED. I have received several emails asking for a review of the product. Super hard to do when I NEVER received my 2 Chill Nests!

Wouldn't bother! ordered as xmas gifts and still haven't arrived. At this point would just like a refund
