Dreadful service AVOID CHIP

Dreadful service. Staff at Chip are unable to use their own app referring me to the wrong places. The app is clunky and impossible to use without help - I simply want to open a new Smart ISA. You can’t speak by phone to anyone so can only use the chat. If they get stuck on the chat (I also made a formal complaint) they just cut you off or ignore you! My advice - use Trafing212 far better service.

It’s frustrating to feel passed around or unsupported, especially when you’re trying to do something as important as opening a Smart ISA. The app should feel straightforward to use, and our team should be giving clear, consistent guidance.

We had a slight problem the day before…

We had a slight problem the day before the deadline for transferring to our cash isa. I think it was our side not theirs. I contacted them in the morning and they sorted it all out by the afternoon. Very professional. And they followed up with emails checking everything was okay.

Chip ISA…

I found Chip online as I was looking for a Cash ISA.
Their signing on policy was easy and their app is very efficient and easy to use.
They offer attractive ISA products which are competitive.
And their online help is both professional and efficient.
I recommend Chip.

Great App, Great Support

It’s a great app with brilliant support. I had trouble logging in after an app update and Ben was superb. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I was having issues with the security…

I was having issues with the security check. It took many attempts but all the way I had excellent support and encouragement from Usamah. Together we got there in the end and I was able to continue transferring funds again. I think there are probably more glitches to come but with the incredible support, I feel confident and will continue banking with Chip so long as the interest rates are good! Thanks Usamah and the team.

This is an excellent product with a great App

This is an excellent product with great customer service. I recently had a difficulty with my bank card. The support that Chip gave me was professional and patient.
I know that they are really reliable for both deposits and withdrawals. Their app works well and they are my #1 instant place to save.

You have not a swered my last question. Unfortunately when i replied I said Tha ks very much for the explanaruon. Ut afterwards i wrote that i was still not satisfied and asked more a out the missing wntry where it changed from 484 to 483. This was ryped unfortunately on down the email and was not seen by your staff. Please expkain why that xeucial 484 qas chabged to 483
