The bin is good quality and I bought the base so it has something to stand on. Im very pleased with them. However, I ordered the bin on the 29th September 2023 and it didnt arrive until end of November. i was kept informed spasmodically and apparently it was due to a problem with the carrier but I do think that is a long time to wait.

Easy to order, great product, arrived promptly

The customer service provided by this company was appalling! They don't answer the phone, don't respond to voices messages and ignore emails! I needed to contact the company to stop them delivering two composting bins as were were going away on holiday. They ignored the voice messages and emails, informed me that they were delivering the bins regardless and did so whilst we were away - the bins were just dumped in our front garden.
It seems this company doesn't give a toss about delivering good customer service, only delivering bins!

Good size compost bin. Quick delivery but no notification of when delivery was planned luckily I was around to accept the delivery.

Really happy with the 220 litre compost bin from Get Composting. It fits perfectly behind my shed, has loads of capacity, and was very reasonably priced at just under £20 including delivery!

Really pleased with our water butts. They arrived more quickly than we expected and are as good looking as a water butt can be!

The compost bin is a nice quality and was half price at the time I ordered which was great. However I wanted two and was restricted to one. Maybe property and family size should be taken into account. Delivery was ridiculously long, nearly 5 weeks. Even this review has taken weeks to come through since I had the bin. So in a nutshell nice bin but get far quicker elsewhere and you can decide on your own requirements. Do they want you to compost? Make it easier then !

If I could give no stars I would! Ordered two compost bins in good faith 2 months ago on a 2 week delivery. Each week I am told they will be delivered next week but they never are. Apparently they only deliver to one post code at a time. Because the delivery driver could not find my address (not sure why as all others do!) the first time, I missed my 'slot' as they only deliver to one postcode at a time. Not sure how often but I will be lucky if I get them before Christmas at this rate. If it wasn't for a good deal I would have cancelled weeks ago. Not Happy!!!

No issues with the composter other than because of an offer it was more expensive to buy the smaller (220l) composter which I wanted than the larger.

Delivery was slow and the "Shop" app you download to track the order wasn't any use as GetComposting weren't updating it. So my composter was eventually delivered but the app was still showing "order being processed".

Ordered bin then waited 3 weeks only to find out that they had lost the bin somewhere. They promised to send a new bin and a further 2 weeks later, it arrived. Very difficult to contact a real human, just get given the run around by their automated telephone system. Will not be ordering from them again.

Compost bin is great. Delivery took far too long and went to the wrong address!! I got a very disgruntled person on my doorstep who thrust the delivery note at me and said “I think this is yours”. I don’t drive or go out, I have everything delivered. Luckily when I explained this to the disgruntled person, they managed to get a friend of theirs to bring it to me. The delivery note had the correct address so why did they delivery it half way across the town to the wrong address???

I'm pleased with my new bins, which are tall and will hold a lot of compost. The plastic isn't as thick as used for the bins we already own, but it seems durable enough. The lids are quite easy to remove with a twist.

Two months and haven’t received the compost bin and accessories yet. Wrote several times to finally heart they believed it was already delivered. Didn’t receive any delivery email or note, neighbours didn’t either. The compost bin is massive and can’t simply have disappeared. Very disappointed and no bin yet!

Good, efficient customer service, good communication and a useful product at a reasonable price. Bought two of these and very pleased with them.
