Overall very good by quantitees are barely feeding 2 persons. Found delivery price quite expensive as well.

we told you the moussaka was burnt black, and the beef burgeon had nothing in it, and you did nothing to fix it in fact the girl on phone thought it was funny said she spoke to the cooks and they says it’s not beef burgeon that’s just water call it ?? And ignored the burnt mousakka and asked if there was anything else she could help with ??
we ordered again to confirm and hey this moussaka is golden yellow on top shame on you , as for the spaghetti Bol sauce with nothing in it and watery runny potato sauce shame on you again (batch Pie) lies lies lies, chicken and spinach lasagna was lovely but the other stuff made it a ripoff so buyer beware we now going to try Jess’s underground kitchen

Consistently good tasting food, delivered on time, with occasional treats as a surprise.
My only niggles is that some of the meals have too much rice, and are not very much meat/sauce.

I’m halfway into my sixth week with FED, and I think I’ve experienced enough to write a proper review.

The service itself is fantastic. Delicious meals delivered directly to my door, and all I need to do to prepare them is microwave them for 4 minutes. No dishes. No messes. Just good food and an evening to enjoy what I want instead of sweating away in the kitchen. It astonishes me how well they reheat too. Usually, my homemade lasagnas go crunchy when I reheat them, but FED’s lasagnas stay good. Two of the containers holding my meals leaked during the second delivery (the driver accidentally dropped the box), but fortunately, the damage was minor, and I could still enjoy the meals. FED meals are more expensive than supermarket ready-meals, but unlike supermarket meals that rely on vein-clogging levels of sodium to make them taste good, FED meals are actually healthy.

The food itself is great. I’m a somewhat picky eater, but I’ve been trying to order a mixture of dishes I think I’ll like and dishes that will “expand my horizons” (i.e. foods I have either never tried or have flat-out despised in the past). Some sort of magic must be going on in the kitchens at FED because I have never been disappointed by a meal. Take mashed potato, for example. Previously, I’ve considered it a 0/10 food, but since it came as an accompaniment with the island pork belly I so desperately wanted to try, I had no choice but to brave it. The verdict? 10/10. It was so smooth and flavourful and left me wondering how I’ve been missing out for so long. The only thing I haven’t liked about FED meals is the broccoli, but that has always been a 0/10 food for me as well, and it’s my own fault for ordering it when I know I don’t like it. You can’t expect miracles all the time.

My favourite three dishes so far have been the pulled pork pappardelle, tofu saag, and tangy grilled chicken with couscous.

Becoming a FEDDIE was one of the best decisions I made in 2023, and I plan to enjoy my weekly FED meals for a long time to come.

So far I am very happy with my first order. The meals are great!

The meals are fine -perhaps could include a few more vegetables - it does not cost much to scatter a tablespoon of peas.

Meals are always for Mother in law, gift for Xmas, mothers day, birthday etc. 80 year plus appreciates not having to sort meals, loves the variety and always says how amazing the meals are.

The food is really tasty and good size portions.

These meals have been an absolute blessing for us with our newborn. We scheduled them from the week of her due date onwards and we couldn’t have planned it better. The meals are fresh, full of flavour and great portion sizes. There’s a great mix of meals every week too so you don’t feel like you’re eating the same things. The service is also amazing and anytime I’ve needed to get in touch I’ve had really quick responses.
