I ordered my Fit Track over 3 months ago and haven't received it. I've been patient but after reading several other complaints, I have opened a case with PayPal to receive a refund.
I didn’t receive my scale
I didn’t receive my scale within 2 months and canceled my purchase. It’s been over 14 business days (which is the amount of time they said i’d receive a refund) and still nothing.
Would not do business with this company
Ordered 3/3/2022 and got an order confirmation and the money was taken from my account. Never received a shipping notice so I emailed customer support 5/5/2022 and was told that it would be at least 6 more weeks before my order could ship. I requested to cancel my order and received a cancellation email but money was never deposited back into my account. Sent a follow up email regarding the cancellation/reimbursement with no response.

It’s been nearly 5 months and I still have not received what I paid for. I keep emailing customer service and they keep telling me an extra 4-6 weeks has been added onto shipping and delivery. There has been zero information or communication outside of that. Don’t waste your money on this scam.

My product was supposed to arrive in the beginning of January. I understand the supply issues, but ABSOLUTELY no communication regarding the status is ridiculous. I have reached out to the company twice, even asked how to be refunded, and was only told it would be 14 more weeks. Terrible communication, and I am not sure this company isn't a scam yet. From the comments I see, it very well could be.
You have already collected payment, the burden is on your company to relay delays and communicate. It should not be up to me.

Still waiting to receive an order that I placed back in October. I have not received one update without having to inquire first. Shipping has been pushed back 5 times at this point and every time I ask to cancel my order I am given a "new" shipping update. Was supposed to receive my scale today and still didnt... will be following up for the 6th time.
