Ordered never received - no way to cancel. No customer service. Had to cancel payment and dispute credit card charge.

Scales are useless unfortunately. Inconsistent weight. I contacted customer service who kindly instructed me how to recalibrate the scales which i did, still not right. I have asked to return them and oddly enough, customer service have stopped replying to me. I will be contacting trading standards.
It’s only been 2 weeks and batteries…
It’s only been 2 weeks and batteries need replaced already! Apparently needed to use lithium batteries! Saw initially this was a problem, still undecided if I would recommend it.
Extremely inconsistent
Extremely inconsistent. The app rarely pairs with the scale. The original app was by far better. The scale is essentially worthless other than to show my weight.

Took forever to get (over 1 month). Received the scale a week ago and setup was easy. Downloaded the app first. set it up. Then put batteries in the scale and it connected right away. I have been using it every day and it works as expected.
Good info
I really like the information given by this scale but had I not had a friend familiar I would have been lost as to how to operate. Scale came with no instructions on app downloads and took Forever to arrive. They did offer lifetime warranty due to delay and upon reaching out was given status of delay. Three stars due to above mentioned issues.

Waited a very long time for the delivery of the scale. When I finally got it discovered it is not working right or connecting. So now trying to get another one, and no new tracking number as of yet.

This company is nothing short of a scam! They will deliver when they feel like, usually takes about 1 month! Then they dont send you a packing slip with any returns info so therefore you are unable to return and get a refund. When you email/online chat, no one will get back to you!
Worst customer service on the planet!
Customer service is god awful almost non existent. Two methods to communicate, email or a chat. You would think chat would be the faster option but you'd be wrong. Lies on the chat window right off the bat. One spot says usually responds within 3hrs other say within 30 minutes. 13 hrs later and finally got a response. It was at 3am central US time and apparently, that's the only time frame they respond at. Just terrible for a company spending so much money on advertising but can't bother to do the same with customer service.
The second use and the monitor is stuck…
The second use and the monitor is stuck on my previous weight. Thank God I kept my old scale. The apple says my login is incorrect but it was saved on my Apple chain. Can’t get into the account at all. No way to connect with support when I can’t get in. Sucks.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I waited two months to get this scale. In the two weeks I've had the scale it has been able to make a reading 4 times. I've upgraded my phone, I've changed the batteries in the scale, and yet the app continually crashes, the app and scale can never connect without repeated stop/starts or installs/uninstalls, and my complaints and requests to return this lousy product have gone unanswered by FitTrack's customer service team.

Ordered 6 weeks ago. Still have not received. Customer service is a joke. (When purchased website said would ship in 3-5 days) can’t get a refund and can’t get anyone to help. I do not recommend at all
Unfortunate experience
Just like everyone else I am finding this company very hard to work with. I waited months for the scale and now the App is not working well and I can't get any person to help me! I really just want my money back and happy to ship the product back as well

I'm not one to write reviews.... But I'm also not one that gets scammed and brushes it off!! I ordered the scale months ago and They immediately took the money out that day. After battling them for two months, I finally filed a dispute with PayPal. Then magically they created a shipping label which according to the man that got back to me prevented them from being able to refund me!! I had to threaten a class action lawsuit, and eventually the scale made its way to me.... However, I have a very high-end doctors scale that is calibrated perfectly and the fit track scale is off by 3 lbs. I also feel that the readings I'm getting are completely bogus! From everyone else's reviews it sounds like if I try to send it back I'm just never going to get my money back so I might as well just burn it.
Fittrack Review
Finally received scale, after a month of waiting. The app constantly crashes. I've uninstalled the app and re-installed and still continue to have issues. The accuracy of the scale seems to check out, but the app needs a lot of work. Without the app, the scale is useless.
Too Long Of A Wait
I was very excited when I ordered this FitTrack scale. I have watched Jenn Sherman/Peloton promote it on Instagram. I placed my order in December 16, 2023. I just received the scale January 28, 2024. After contacting FitTrack several times I was told it had shipped each time. So, if you want to wait six weeks for a FitTrack scale place an order if not I would not do business with this company again.

Worst Customer Service Experience…
Fittrack has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I ordered in 12/19/23. I got an email on 12/23/23 that there was a slight delay and that my product would ship on 12/29/23. That was the last update that I received until I began messaging them through their chat service. They stated it would be shipped by the end of the first week in January. Still nothing. I asked repeatedly to cancel my order and for a refund and they told me it was too late and they couldn’t cancel it. It finally arrived on 1/26/24.
