took 6 weeks to arrive I have no faith in this company they took my money immediately knowing I would recieve product late I asked for refund all I got was mouth service I will try to return and get refunded I would give them no stars but one star is lowest I let all my clients know to be aware of their corruption
Terrible Customer Service
It took over a month to receive my Fit Track. My credit card was charged for the 3 month advanced health program subscription before I even received my fit track and I was supposed to get a 30 day Free Trial of the Advanced Health Program. I have sent numerous emails requesting to return to my fit track since it took to long to receive, I followed the directions on website of how to begin the return process and I am still waiting on Fit track to respond on next step to return product and have yet to get a response from Fit Track. I did finally get a credit for the Advanced Health Program they charged my credit card
Save yourself the trouble! Still no scale
I came here to write about my horrible experience and see that literally everyone wrote exactly what I was going to say. It’s been over a month and still no scale, tried to cancel multiple times. Customer service LIES repeatedly and is most unhelpful. I’m going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Save yourself!

Kinks to Work Out
Product was not delivered by Christmas as anticipated, but received several email notifications on the delay. Hope they can fix the production issue for any future customers.
Nice quality scale. App is easy to understand. however, I have not found a way to sync with the App unless I open the App every time I weigh in.

Arrived a month late
Arrived a month late, could not get the scale to connect to the app. Then stopped working altogether, screen went dead. Have sent countless emails to get support and no answers. I will now call American Express and dispute the charge.

This is definitely a scam. Took over a month to get it. This was ordered as a Christmas gift and would’ve been nice to get some sort of email or update to let me know it wasn’t going to arrive. I could’ve went with something else. There’s no customer service you just email or chat which is useless. This better work because I’ve wasted enough time and money already. I should’ve never ordered so save your money and your time, and go with something else
Worst customer experience ever
Worst customer experience ever! The purchase was a month late and during the month waiting for the product I tried REPEATEDLY to cancel and after numerous, emails, chats and calls they still sent the product. The last person I spoke with told me to not accept the delivery which is a complete and total joke because that would have required me to stay home for an indefinite amount of time and literally wait for the delivery. It’s also comical because what delivery person rings the doorbell instead of just leaving the package at the door! Horrific customer service and their 1.5 star reviews should be an indication this company is the worst! I still think this company is a total sham and they only respond when you get angry! Btw, I am still waiting for my return label! Just AWFUL!!!!
Nonexistent Customer Support
I cannot get their customer support to respond to my requests to return the scale and get my money back. The scale is inaccurate and I have to pair it with the app every time I use it. Without the app, the scale is pretty much worthless. All it reports on the screen is weight.
Product came defective
Still have not received my scale
I was really excited to use this scale to help with my health journey. However, as of today, January 28, 2024, I still have not received my fit tracker scale and I placed my order on November 30th. I was also charged the monthly subscription fee even without having the scale which I thought was to be used to assist with using the scale. I am need a full of full refund for both the tracker and monthly fee. I have not been able to use any of them. I already cancelled the subscription.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a scam. Never received my product. Excuse after excuse. Wish I had done better research before falling for this.
Need to talk to real person in customer service!
It's unfortunate that I can not talk with customer service. Constantly trying to communicate through chat or email is hard to do. I need to talk to a real person about my individual situation and how to maximize the benefit in my personal journey.
It seemed like I couldn't get that help.
The fit track scale seems to be interesting technology, but I'm sure I am not tapping into all of its benefits to expedite my health journey.

Terrible app/costly features
The scale came within the time estimated (about 2 weeks), but when I went to log in to the app, it kept freezing and crashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled 6 times and always the same thing. I could type in 7 letters, then frozen, and forced closed. While researching help topics, I discovered more negative reviews referring to the majority of advertised features requiring a paid subscription to use. No thank you. I returned the scale without even opening it the day after I received it.

They advertised and still are advertising to order now to get it before Christmas. I checked on my order as I didn't receive a shipping notification. I was told orders have been delayed by a month. After reading the other reviews it sounds like I will be lucky if it actually shows up a month late. Had I known they couldn't fulfill their advertising claim of getting it by Christmas I would have bought something else.
Finger weg!
Ich habe vorerst keine Bestellbestätigung bekommen, bin dann nach ca. 2 Wochen von meinem Kauf zurück getreten und habe ewig mein Geld nicht bekommen. Ich habe zig Mal eine Mail geschrieben und bin immer wieder vertröstet worden. Nach einem 3/4 Jahr hab ich nun endlich meinen Beitrag, mit 30 Euro Spesen, und Durchhaltevermögen zurück bekommen.
