DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A TRIAL!!
Inflow are dishonest and thieve your money. I cancelled the subscription before the advised time and they continued to take a $139 annual subscription out. I have emailed inflow about 4 times for a refund and they won’t respond. DO NOT sign up for a free trial unless you intend to actually subscribe. It is false advertising and when you sign up for the trial, there is no trial!! You're actually signing up for a subscription as they take your money regardless.
Beware - Unauthorised payments taken - 12 months after trial cancelled!
I had a trial of this in 2025, in which of course you provide bank details. I got a reminder that there were four days left before the subscription was to be taken, so this was cancelled. However, yesterday (12 months later) a subscription of £89.99 was taken from my bank account with no warning! To say the least this is fraud and theft and I have reported it as theft with my bank. They had no right to take this money for a cancelled subscription and had it been a mistake and they thought the subscription was live, they should have at least made contact to give notice that the subscription was about to be taken. Do not trust this company as this (if you read reviews) appears a deliberate way of taking peoples money. Whilst it is easy for people to forget a subscription they may have taken out a year earlier, and you can see why sometimes such payments are made, but this was cancelled in the trial period and was not even a live subscription!

My subscription renewed after the free trial which I thought was cancelled, I see the transaction and emailed straight away. I did not use it only once and will not use it again. I cannot afford this either. Tried to contact them numerous times with no response! I contacted you either the same day or the following day as well as a few days after that that I would like a refund with a valid reason and within the timeframe to receive a refund as per your terms and conditions. Can someone please contact me ASAP.

Preying on ADHD community. Beware!
What a shame. I really wanted to like this app and hoped it could make a real difference on how I manage my adhd symptoms. However following my experience with them, I cannot reach any other conclusion than thinking they are actually targeting the community they are supposed to help.
In a few words, I tried the app for 2 solid months then decided it wasn’t quite working for me and cancelled my subscription. However, instead of going ahead with it, they sneakily stopped taking payments from my PayPal account and instead switched to taking payments directly through my bank debit card. This, without my consent or even informing me. I ended up paying an extra £364 over 13 months without realising it.
When I asked them for a refund they just offered to refund 1 month - £28.
Now, I just spent 5 hours researching legal recourse, building my case and talking to my bank in the hope of getting my money back. And it’s just the beginning.
How is that for helping people who naturally struggle handling administrative tasks and often miss details? I would say they are doing pretty well using their understanding of ADHD symptoms… against us.
Anyone has had a similar experience with them?
Update - I thought I would be fair and post an update about the situation since there have been some developments.
Inflow finally agreed to give me a full refund for the last 13 months of subcription. This is what I had requested from the start and I am glad they finally came through. However I am still not impressed by the fact it took me several back and forth messages and hours spent ranting on forums and review sites to get to that point.
Would they have accepted my claim if I hadn't made such a fuss about it online? I am not entirely convinced.
I am glad there are such initiative popping out these days, whose purpose is to make certain challenging aspects of ADHDers' lives more manageable. And I would like to be able to root for them and support them.
However, I would really like to see these apps simplifying their cancellation and refund process. I understand Inflow is a startup and needs to generate revenues to stay afloat. But they are also offering a service to people who tend to struggle with such unintuitive processes. So if they are really serious about helping ADHDers, they should iinstead choose a more ADHD friendly way to operate, instead of reinforcing these devolopper's behaviour by copying it.

Cancelled, but they changed me a month after the free trial like they were trying to sneak in a charge I wouldn't notice!
Same as others—I cancelled within a day of the free trial because the app was a waste of time. They didn't send any confirmation and I didn't have the presence of mind to take a screen shot. I DID go to check and make sure they didn't charge me when the free trial ended—they didn't, but they did charge me one month later! What a scam! I cancelled my credit card and disputed the charge as I don't trust this company to refund anything.

I didn’t realise I had signed up to the paid version and saw money leave my account… I contacted Inflow and they refunded me and cancelled my account immediately!

Scam - charged post cancellation
Same as many people have stated - I cancelled my subscription in the AM to then find an £89.99 charge on my account that afternoon. I have emailed three times and heard nothing.
The app itself is underdeveloped and ooor quality. As is the content. In my opinion it seems like it’s all AI generated and unhelpful. Avoid avoid avoid

I know I cancelled my subscription as I saw it was £90 a year. I can not afford that. Then saw it pending in my bank account!! I’m raging. I don’t have that money and I cancelled the trial. Complete scam. They know it’s for ADHD people who question their memory and gaslit me into thinking I didn’t cancel the trial…this is so disgusting, I’m so angry and will do everything I can to get this refunded.DO NOT USE

Work Sessions are the best!
The modules were really helpful when I got started (and still are), but I love the body-doubling work rooms. They definitely keep me focused and productive.

Hi I had a free trial with this company which I then cancelled. They came back and have taken money out of my account I emailed them 5-6 times they haven’t even the decency to reply to any of my emails. I have explained that I’m an old age pensioner and can’t afford this money coming out of my account. It’s all a huge scam so please be aware of inflow and don’t get scammed

It's All About the Body Doubling
The modules were very helpful when I first started on Inflow. 4 years later I had no qualms when it was time to renew this June because of the Focus Rooms and Coworking sessions. The guides are all fantastic, helpful, and compassionate. I highly recommend it.

I signed up for this app
I signed up for this app, including checking the 7-day free trial, creating an account. Every single time I try to sign into this it freezes. It seems like there's some sort of glitch and I don't know how to fix it. I hope somebody does in the next 24 hours. It sounded like a great thing, but the app has to work for it to be a great thing. I can't even access any of the content it just freezes. I restarted my phone I have done everything I need to do. And when I sign in it goes to a page that says get started and when you click the get started nothing happens.

I'm pretty sure I cancelled my subscription but I noticed a payment go out of my PayPal account for something I didn't recognise and saw I the same payment go out last year. I don't think I've even used the app after the free trial as when I've logged in to see it still wants me to complete my profile. 2 years of subscriptions for nothing. ADHD tax is real on this one. It shouldn't be auto subscription as they know people with ADHD will forget about it or think they've cancelled.

Noticing a trend here...
**UPDATE**
FINALLY received a refund after filing a claim through PayPal. This may be the only avenue for others who get caught in their sneaky annual auto-renewal. This company does NOT reply to emails.
***
Noticing quite a trend here with the negative reviews. Users download once, forget about the free trial period and then get locked into a year subscription (except in my case it was two years...)
I think I used the app once in April 2025? After I noticed the latest annual subscription charge, I reached out to every email address I could find associated with this business and have had zero response so far. (One of the early emails I received from Inflow even stated something about a "no questions asked money back guarantee" if the app didn't work for me or I forgot to cancel) This was over two weeks ago.
I have now 'donated' over 500$ to Inflow.
The yearly subscription is automatically recurring. There is no auto-renewal reminder. No email receipt or invoice for the charge. Doing away with these predatory practices alone would get them another star as it would at least demonstrate they are considerate of their user base and the common struggle to remember to cancel things like this. The ADHD tax is real and they are profiting heftily from it.
It's a sweet set up -- hitting up folks who seek them out for help with the very executive function they exploit. A runaway monthly subscription charge has a decent chance of being caught and cancelled without too much damage done. But this sneaky annual sucker punch after a free trial is diabolical. BEWARE AND AVOID!!

Love this app
Love this app. The modules have a lot of good content to get in bite-size pieces. But the online spaces are really the most helpful for implementing the strategies throughout the week and making progress on tasks with others who have similar struggles but are determined!

avoid for fear of needing customer service support which is non existent
I’ve never heard of this app, I don’t even follow any of their social media accounts but somehow a payment of £170 was taken up my account via PayPal,
I’ve messaged the company now 13 times and every time I just get asked for my account details, but I don’t have an account. I never had an account.
They’ve also asked me for the PayPal detail details which I’ve given them and then when I emailed again, they asked me the same thing.over and over. If at all.
I think it’s absolutely shocking that this is a site for people with ADHD where it’s a very common symptom that subscriptions make them slip up.
But I don’t have ADHD and I also didn’t have an account with them so I’m not sure what the hell is going on here.
I think my biggest issue is the fact that no one responds to anything and when they do, they respond with the same question despite it being answered so many times. Having a look on their socials, this seems to be a common complaint .

As someone trying to manage a busy business on top of life and everything else that comes with it with adhd on top, I saw an ad for this app & was desperate for some kind of help with managing my time and organisation as well as motivation. This app claimed to help so I signed up for the free trial. I didn’t even have the time to set it up or even open it to see what it was about so I emailed to cancel before the subscription started.
A few months later while checking through bank statements I saw 3 recurring payments for £22.99, I again contacted inflow with no response so I contacted my bank and reported it as unauthorised. The last payment was march & then they stopped but I have just had a notification (may) saying I’d authorised £22.99 to them again. They have used 3 different merchant details to take payments so obviously the bank has cancelled the one and they are then taking from a different one. I feel this is theft & also taking advantage of those with adhd as I bet there are many out there that have forgotten to cancel and also those that haven’t even noticed the monthly payment.
I would not recommend this service to anyone, especially those with adhd, something that is meant to help you ends up causing you nothing but hassle and to be out of pocket also, absolutely appalling
