Can't Beat Mindful On Your Team
Mindful went out of their way to call over several days across several pharmacies to find my medication and its availability. Before when I would call, I would get vague answers but with Mindful's persistence, I finally got my meds. I was pretty despondent but Mindful's ability to push for a resolution has given me hope again.

Excellent Customer Service experience to resolve any issues with pharmacy stock of medication, follow-ups to ensure medication has been picked up, and assistance in setting the next appointment with my provider. Specifically, Agnes ensured that I had all the support I needed to feel taken care of as a customer. This created feelings of brand loyalty, easy access to support as needed, outreach from CX (This is a huge win for your company). And it shows that the company values customer experience and that their reps offer beneficial support to the customer.

Great support !
Every support person I dealt with through my process was extremely communicative and helpful. Although I had issues with my own pharmacy and insurance company the team was able to make those struggles easier.

Mindfully Done With Tact
My provider, Dr. Shonda Taylor, is so helpful and just an all around sweetheart. She asked all the right questions, and unlike my other provider, actually cared about my past experience and how I thought it should have been handled differently with another provider I had before her. Mindful/Done. actually does care about those of us who struggle and need help staying on course with tasks we must complete to keep our lives moving in a progressively positive and fulfilling direction. They helped me secure what I needed, even when it was quite difficult to do so in my new home state. They relentlessly pursued a solution to the many hiccups that occurred after my consultation as well. This is one of the best there is online!!! Going through a move and losing a job to do it, meant I lost insurance coverage and other providers that were in my previous state. I wouldn’t go anywhere else while in a transition. And I might just stick with them even when my job’s health insurance kicks in.
