Mindful is an excellent provider for ADHD Mamagement

Mindful is an excellent provider for people with ADHD. The customer service is easily reachable by both phone and email. If ever there is an issue with prescription processing Done/Mindful replies straight away, in less than 24 hours. Being able to seamlessly contact your physician to verify any queries that may arise is their strong suit.

In addition, the doctors are excellent. I’ve seen the same physician consistently, he is funny and kind.

The best bit is the online interface, using Zoom for appointments as opposed to having to go to the doctor every 3 weeks to refill my prescription has been life changing.

Appointment scheduling, physician contact information, and medication records are so clear and organized because of this handy interface. I highly recommend Mindful/Done to anyone who wants to easily manage their ADHD.

I honestly had faith in them.

I was exited to get an appointment scheduled for that day. I’m in the middle of switching doctors and needed a refill. I made the appointment and they immediately charged me. I received a text message saying my appt scheduled for that day was changed to the following day. Ok I can deal. The following day I received a message saying my appointment was changed to MAY 8! That’s a more than a week!
Iv already had someone help me with my “urgent” need. This company stole my money.

This a very convenient and straightforward way to discuss and manage a program with your doctor. I appreciate the most the follow ups from an administrative stand point where I always feel I am doing things the right way and I am not messing anything up. There is an adderall shortage in NY. Mark went as far to call the pharmacies in the area and found me a prescription. I was truly blown away by his work

Customer service was very good

Customer service was very good , had too switch pharmacy cause of low/no stock of medication . Just had to wait a couple days an everything worked out .

The customer support is awesome

The customer support is is very caring and responsive to the patient. The doctors are well informed and provide very safe treatment plans. I've had a good experience with having adjustments to my treatment plan to receive the level of care I need.

My customer service rep was friendly and did everything possible to assist with my situation. My ticket was resolved quickly and all issues resolved in under 15 minutes.

Scam

Honestly, I had such a bad experience with this provider yesterday. The whole thing felt super scripted, like they weren’t actually listening to me at all and were just going through the motions. I’ve already been diagnosed with ADHD by an actual doctor, but the wellness coach completely ignored that and tried to slap their own cookie-cutter “diagnosis” on me.

It really felt like they had their response locked in before I even said anything. I’ve genuinely never felt so scammed in my life. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—this company is not it.

I have been with midful for about 2…

I have been with midful for about 2 years and haven't had any issues except for a slight hiccup recently. Their customer service went above and beyond to get everything back on track. Seriously, they were like the 'chik-fil-a' of customer service. I cannot speak highly enough about them!

This company is an absolute scam

This company is an absolute scam! The "AI generated doctor" is a joke and could not comprehend how to actually speak to a person that in fact has severe ADHD and have been on medication for years. However I lost my insurance and could no longer afford my primary care so my doctor recommended this place, but she was mislead as well and I've notified her and she is perplexed as to why they couldn't prescribe my current medication...

So far …. medium well

I have been with Mindful since January and still waiting to start my treatment. My provider has been very thorough requesting test and letter from my pcp to start treatment. The web page though, not friendly to upload documents. Provider couldn’t see them. I hope my prescription get called in today. We will see
