Patricia is Amazing
Most of the times I’ve run into an issue, whether that’s a portal/account problem or issues getting my prescription, I’ve usually worked with Patricia at Mindful Health.
She is absolutely amazing to work with! She always listens to my problem thoroughly and without interruptions and then always goes to bat for me and delivers on her word.
She is patient, kind and good at her job!

Angel was fast to reach out to me regarding my back-ordered medication replying within a couple hours. She also called back with updates, and made sure to check in a day later to make sure I received my medication. She has made the fear of going without my medication, a lot better!

I spoke with Allen yesterday and informed him on the prescription issue, he called me early this morning with an update, which was nice. He also took the time to call the pharmacy and get useful information, which he communicated to me. Much appreciated.

I recently was having the worst time…
I recently was having the worst time trying to get things situated with getting my prescriptions and I embarrassingly took out my frustration on one of the service team members/callers and I truly apologize completely for doing that. It wasn’t your fault and I let my emotions get the best of me- I will do better in the future.
I want to thank each and every service teammate that had reached out to help me figure everything out and had the patience to handle my inappropriate behavior. I was incredibly stressed but that is no excuse. I love this service and I think it’s one of the stable things I have in my life - they have been consistent in their care and attention to my needs and concerns and I know whatever concerns I may have that are reasonable, the team at Mindful health will be able to help. Thank you all for not just listening, but for having empathy and patience and understanding. Thank you so much

Can't Beat Mindful On Your Team
Mindful went out of their way to call over several days across several pharmacies to find my medication and its availability. Before when I would call, I would get vague answers but with Mindful's persistence, I finally got my meds. I was pretty despondent but Mindful's ability to push for a resolution has given me hope again.
