The experience was wonderful!!
The experience was wonderful!!! I love that is possible to get an online appointment to discuss medication and treatment for your mental health to start with. With being very busy with work and living so far away from treatment facilities this was very convenient and easy to do. The clinician was very friendly and supportive. I felt comfortable with her because I been to many different providers and felt like they were just judging and not actually listening. I was able to get my medication sent my local pharmacy immediately and this took a lot of worry away for I couldn’t function without it. I look forward to continuing my treatment plan with your company and would recommend it to anyone who is struggling with mental health…:

One problem I struggle with is making…
One problem I struggle with is making phone calls. That’s why I really appreciated mindful calling me back during the latest issues I had with my pharmacy. They helped me get the ball rolling to get the help I needed.

Excellent customer service. Missed the call to schedule an apt and got nervous but I called right back, they picked up right away and knew who I was - what I needed and why they called me. Scheduled my apt within a minute. Thank you so much for everything.

Always supported!
Had really amazing support from Harlyn (but of course, the entire customer support team in general!).
The team always takes the initiative and actively helps me manage my care, which is doubly helpful with my ADHD brain.
My healthcare provider is also always on top of my care and reaches out to check in, which honestly just makes me feel warm, like I'm always well-supported.

Mindful has given me peace of mind and convenience for the several years. The medical providers are top notch and are compassionate listeners. The support team personnel are timely with their help and do everything possible to help solve any issue you may be having. The services the organization provides is beyond compare.

Mileage may vary with providers but! The customer service team is very responsive in helping to resolve any issues related to receiving script, reaching your provider or pharmacy issues, etc.
