Mindful has given me peace of mind and convenience for the several years. The medical providers are top notch and are compassionate listeners. The support team personnel are timely with their help and do everything possible to help solve any issue you may be having. The services the organization provides is beyond compare.

Mileage may vary with providers but! The customer service team is very responsive in helping to resolve any issues related to receiving script, reaching your provider or pharmacy issues, etc.

So far
So far, Mindful has been great, especially their support team. I have been using Mindful for almost 3 years now and have only had a couple of issues, which their support team helped right away in resolving each of them. Special shoutout to Ms. Green for assisting me back in April and Ms. Lucy recently! I really appreciated being kept in the loop throughout the process.

Really impressed with my recent customer service experience and the helpfulness of my agent (Thanks Patricia!) I've been a customer for 4+ years because when I tried other services I just kept coming back here. The ease of use makes getting my medication as smooth as possible.

Continuously late on renewing…
Continuously late on renewing prescription, so I go days without medication. No real direct way to contact your clinician or request refill more than 3 days before you run out.

If there’s one thing Mindful is doing right, it’s providing some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Tarah is a complete rock star! She’s easily half the reason I’m still on my mental health journey with them. She’s patient and caring, yet wonderfully assertive and proactive.

Mindful has been very helpful managing my mental health! My doctor is very caring and she seems genuinely concerned. I was having trouble receiving my latest medication and customer service made it a top priority to find a pharmacy with it in stock. They called me numerous times to follow up until everything was resolved. Persistence is key and they definitely thrive in that area!

2 years strong and still happy
When I started with Mindful over 2 years ago it was good, but not the easiest way to get the help I needed at times, but in the last year, the team at Mindful has really stepped up their game and now communication is great and the service and treatment is great, not to mention very affordable. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
