They’re great for the most part
They’re great for the most part, the appointment availability is very open and the doctors are great at listening to your concerns. Also customer service is fantastic at answering calls and trying to help if there are any issues.

I love Mindful!
The platform is stable and user-friendly. Being able to join a session from a quiet corner of your home removes the stress of a commute and the "waiting room anxiety" that often comes with traditional clinics. One of the strongest points is the ability to find appointments quickly and conveniently - which is a lifesaver for anyone with a busy work schedule.

Very responsive
Very responsive. They have never left me hanging. They always beat their own deadlines. They will tell me sometimes it takes two to three days, but I usually get a response within minutes, if not hours.

My experience with Mindful Health has been excellent from start to finish. I met with a practitioner on Monday, and she was incredibly easy to talk with — the kind of conversation that puts you at ease right away. The follow-up afterward has been just as impressive. Anytime I've had a question, the team has made everything super user-friendly and quick to resolve. They even went the extra mile by calling my pharmacy to check on a prescription and then following up with me directly to let me know it was ready — something I never even asked them to do. That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare these days, and I genuinely appreciate it. Highly recommend.

Good customer service, they’re quick to resolve any issues. Michael sorted out a miscommunication with my pharmacy and I was able to quickly get my medication.

Mindful is an excellent provider for ADHD Mamagement
Mindful is an excellent provider for people with ADHD. The customer service is easily reachable by both phone and email. If ever there is an issue with prescription processing Done/Mindful replies straight away, in less than 24 hours. Being able to seamlessly contact your physician to verify any queries that may arise is their strong suit.
In addition, the doctors are excellent. I’ve seen the same physician consistently, he is funny and kind.
The best bit is the online interface, using Zoom for appointments as opposed to having to go to the doctor every 3 weeks to refill my prescription has been life changing.
Appointment scheduling, physician contact information, and medication records are so clear and organized because of this handy interface. I highly recommend Mindful/Done to anyone who wants to easily manage their ADHD.
