The courier could have done better. Did not arrive when suggested. They kept saying a hold up of the items. Happened twice.

This and every plant that I have purchased from them has been great. Well packaged, arriving in perfect condition and as always larger than the advertised size. In addition, for the height of the plant (Sansevieria trifasciata 'Laurentii') the cost via GetPotted was considerably lower than from other vendors.

A very nice company to deal with if you contact them by phone they must be polite and very informative as to your needs delivery can be a bit slow but on the hole it arrives when they say it well the products are superb. I don’t know what our garden would be like if we hadn’t got them, but I would recommend them to anyone.

Ordered an indoor plant pack but got an email to said had been sent with missing items which they could no longer supply. Had to cancel the order but told had to send courier away and wait for it to be returned and checked for a credit. Did get the credit in the end after chasing.
