Quality product and excellent customer service
We bought two Idealist large dark grey planters to sit either side of a commemorative bench, dedicated to the memory of one of our club members. Get Potted responded to our enquiry very quickly and the two planters arrived soon after, very well packaged, with two levels of protection to guard against transit damage.
They were exactly as expected - lightweight, but robust and, planted up, look absolutely wonderful. Within an hour of positioning in place, several members of the public commented on how lovely they looked.

Great service, great products
From start to finish the ordering and delivery process were excellent. We were kept updated on delivery, after we had placed our order, and the goods were delivered on the day and at the time stated in the email.
The troughs we purchased are excellent and the price for two bought together was even better with an extra discount at the checkout. They are now installed in the garden and are planted up and look a treat.
We were very impressed with the service and would definitely order from Getpotted.com again.
