I purchased a large planter that was in stock. Waited quite a while before I got a phone call to arrange delivery. Agreed on the neworking day and was told I could call on the day to narrow down the time. I did that to be told that my parcel had been shipped to a customer in a different county (no similarity in address). Contacted customer services, who did not respond, so I had to call them the to day to be told that they could deliver it 3 days later. 2 days off work.
Getpotted just responded to my review: Saying they worked tirelessly to sort the situation. I disagree. It was left to me to chase customer services twice, to little effect on the situation.

Upon investigation, we found that this situation was the result of a human error. Your pallet and another customer’s were mislabeled, which led to the initial routing mistake.

Great product and good customer service
We're really pleased with our 2 planters, which look great in our small garden. We're also impressed with the customer service, as the planters arrived very quickly. We had phoned Get Potted, as we wanted a lighter grey colour, but they explained that these had been discontinued. That helped us decide to get them direct from Get Potted, as we could be sure what colour we were going to get. Unfortunately the plants that we are putting in our containers haven't arrived yet, so we can't say how they are in use but, in any event, the new plants will take a while to establish and we can't say how the pots will weather, as we haven't had them long enough.

Still haven’t received
Still haven’t received. Apparently it should arrive before the 24th of April. I ordered it a few weeks ago and had I realised it would take this long, I would have ordered it from elsewhere. Im sure the product is great as I’ve purchased the same brand before and It works as advertised.

Problem solved quickly and easily
I wouldn't normally give 5 stars for a delivery that went wrong. But the issue was resolved so quickly and easily that I must give full credit where it's due. I ordered a 60cm planter but a 80cm one was delivered. I phoned to complain and the issue was immediately resolved. Getpotted arranged for the 80cm one to be picked up by courier the next day and delivered the correct one the day after. They could not have rectified the mistake any better.
