Advertisement states you bet £20 to receive the welcome bonus and I followed the steps betting on 2/1 and waited for the bonus to arrive - it never did and they’ve said our automatic system has decided your not eligible for the bonuses,

I’ve followed all the steps have no previous account and they’ve just decided not give me them and can’t tell me why

Made multiple withdrawals and still have no money being paid out. First withdrawal on the 4th July, another on the 7th. Multiple e-mails where they are looking into it. Deposits were quick, withdrawals another story. Really bad experience

Absolute awful. They did a promotion week of £20 place bet...and £60 free bets. I signed up...deposited £20....ready to place a bet on England game...they said they needed verification first. Sent them my passport and proof of address...said takes hours to check documents. They say they have a phone number...phone number says permanently closed. I have asked for my £20 back...they said they cant send back until verified. Saying photo of my passport was wonky by 1mm. Please avoid at all costs. Scammers. Dont get sucked in to their promotions. You wont get money back. They are supposedly going into administration

Promised a sign up bet, sent an email saying I wouldn't be eligible for it after I'd already placed the bet. Wouldn't explain why I wasn't eligible, wouldn't even throw a few free bets as an apology.

This sportsbook is a joke. They have horrible customer service. There respond time is awful, and then when you do get thru to them, they treat you like a dumb@ss. I was gonna refer my sister, told her about the new customer sign up bonus, so she did , and they emailed her and said they weren't honoring the promotion and they don't have to give her a reason! They are very rude, and act like your ruining they're day by contacting them. I would NOT RECOMMEND

Withdrawls are very late, while other apps almost instant. I withdrawn money yesterday, and today midday and still not processed. Betting £50 to get £10 fee bet app promo not working, the tracker of £50 is completed and new one started but they didn't credit the money, I have to keep contacting customer service, but still not sorted, my overall experience is bad with this app

I really liked this site before all its updates. 3 times in the past month I’ve deposited twice in one night and another again tonight where they took the money from my bank and didn’t put it in the account over a €100 in the last 3 transactions , €75 tonight . 3 different bank accounts and I’m still dealing with this. Live chatted and there agents promised it was rejected and I got an email from Steven saying how it was basically my fault after there agents blaming my bank and that they rejected the funds . Stay far far far away from these lot , which is something I wouldn’t have said 6 months ago. I’ve to wait now about 6 days for them to email blaming me again and telling me the €75 is actually in my SBK account and not my bank. Absolute shameless . Wouldn’t mind after I deposited I got an email saying ‘’great news you’ve added a new payment method’’ absolute cowards of agents and all . Shameful site stay far far far far away. I’ll be taking my €75 and closing the account . And before you reply to this saying please contact support@ getsbk .com don’t bother. Your a scandalous site , my reference is 63585443(in email ) . Email me to make this right . Picked out a 5/2 shot last night that I really liked and it won so I’m not even down just the €75 it’s €262 I’m really down .

Opened an account with the promo bet £20 get £40.
Received an email welcoming me to the website then 1 minute later I received an email telling me that I won't be receiving the welcome bonus.
No explanation given! I suppose they don't like me for whatever reason. Great customer relations (NOT).
Classic case of false advertising as they didn't honour what they were advertising.

Thieves had my money stolen and locked don’t believe their email support as you’ll just be told relevant department will get to you and then silence

Placed a bet this evening on a team ‘Atletico National’ ( International de Bogotá ).

They won 7-1 and the bet was marked as a loser.

Not easy to lodge a complaint, so will leave a review.

What on earth , team wins by 6 goals and marked as a loser!!!.

Abysmal company- no customer service and quote one their many millions of terms and conditions not to pay anyone out. Avoid like the plague if you want fair betting. Deserve no stars.
Just about sums this lot up - I contacted them countless times but on the correct email address not the one in the reply where they can’t even spell support!!!!

I used for about 2 months without a glitch and then they asked for proof of income etc and blocked my account until I did so I decided not to use them but then a lot of other sites started asking for the same so I thought they must have been ahead of the game so I got in contact and have sent over proof of income twice now and was told it’s in the right hands just to wait it’s now been 3 weeks without any acknowledgement which I find shocking. I’ve emailed asking for management to contact me and to just close my account shame as had a few great markets

very slow withdrawals and extremely low odds.
for example one horse was given 2/1 odds at betsbk but every other market was 11/1 . such a massive differential i have never seen. you dont get same day withdrawals here, slow old system even though sportsbook is not old which is weird

Avoid this site. Very nice to get money but all sorts of tricks to not pay out.
You get email saying contact them but they do t reply for days at a time and different agent so he can play dumb

Directed to them by racing post advert. Offer of free bets when opening account and depositing and placing bets.
Then contacted to say no free bets will be given however you are welcome to deposit and place bets.
False advertising, and i have contacted racing post who i presently subscribe to for an explanation.

Total trash, promised a sign up bonus then when I'd joined and placed qualifying bet, sent email saying I wasn't allowed the bonus promised with zero explanation.......avoid there's plenty of more bookies out there don't waste your time with this lot

Stupidly didnt check the reviews before hand but see same issue as everyone else. Placed bet didnt recive email till after saying not elligble for bonus for reasons unknown as thats what they advertise. Have withdrawn the rest of my deposit and closing account horrific site.

New customer, SBK grabbed my attention with the bet £5 get £30 in bonus sports welcome offer.
Deposited and wagered as per terms and conditions.
Shock no bonus.
Support very unhelpful apparently on sign up they sent a email advising not eligible (which I’ve not received) but bonus still shows as active on account.
Click bait offering a great welcome bonus, get you signed up and then no bonus.
I’ve complained to support will add outcome if /when they respond further.

I have been placing bets with this company for a few months, horse racing and soccer bet builder and soccer acca bets, wasnt very lucky all of them lost...

Then i had one of my bet builder bets come in or at least i thought it had, it was a team to win with certain players to have shots on target in the match, people who do bet builders know how this works, i only bet with sites that have super sub or fresh legs gas this site calls it, where if a player gets injured or subbed of the player replacing him becomes the player you need to getba shot on targer, its called insurance which i always take wont place this kind of bet otherwise, player gets subbed not managing a SOT but thankfully his replacement did manageva SOT , great i thought bet in, but it wasnt credited so it said bet loser, i have sent them an email about it and if they sort it out ill get back and replace this review with 5 stars but not holding much hope has they dont seem to have very good reviews on this site and others but we'll see...
